Very bad service from the girl. I went to change some things that I didn't use and she has a bad character, so angry she threw the products that she was changing and she told me I'm done with the cart and I told her if she can leave it there because there are people who need it but don't go there. that dollar tree for next time I will put the name of that person

Short old black cashier with dora hair got mad because i didn’t want no storage containers so i put them to the side then she said “hate when customers come with something they dont want” baby clearly i wanted them but i didn’t need them also she looked so rushed just to go to her car break and smoke a cigarette clearly she needed one to calm her attitude down is not my fault she doesn’t like her job but she’s not gonna talk to me like that 😚🫶🏻

This dollar tree manger she was a short dike lady i wasnt doing anything i bought my stuff and walked out to my bike and sat down next to it so I could eat my snacks and put my other items in my backpack. This manager comes out and yells at me telling me I’m not allowed to be on the property when I’m just sitting outside then she threatens me with the gun that she has and says that if I don’t get off her property that she was gonna shoot me off duty manager came and started grabbing my stuff trying to move it, and I walked away onto the Taco Bell property so I wouldn’t be harassed anymore. This is a truly horrifying experience. I don’t recommend anybody going to this store. Please avoid at all cost.

Customer service is severely lacking. The cashier at the time I was checking out was on the phone talking about her TJones and a boyfriend... no greeting, no here's your total, etc. I don't care if it's the Dollar Tree, if you're at work, there should be expectations regarding personal phone calls and what professionalism looks like.

I want to say thank you to the team lead or manager that was working on Christmas eve @5pm. I want to personally thank you for going above and beyond to try and help with finding my gift cards and keeping my nerves at bay. I was freaking out because I had been frantically shopping for last minute items and I purchased some gift cards. I looked and looked and could not find them so I went to the store to retrace my steps. Messy hair and pjs on the verge of tears trying to plea with the manager that I swear I thought I had them in the bag to see if maybe I left with two bags. I was absolutely a nervous wreck but she assured me the options to cancel them if I left them, dropped then... who knows. So we realized I left with 2 bags not one like I was thinking I came home determand to find the missing bag. I'm tearing up my house to find that the other bag was In the freezer! I had put the cards in freezer. Long story short thank you so much ! For your help in finding the run away gift cards :') ❤️ I love this dollar tree.

Security was great they had officers in parking lot, entry way and walking around. Concession stand SUPER HIGH a regular size hotdog $5.50, a 16oz. Coke Cola $3.50 and a bottle water 16 oz. $3.00. Nachos you needed to get a bank loan out. But the weather outside was great.
