There are certain items I'll only get at Dollar Tree. The employees are generally nice and helpful and the store is clean, well stocked and organized. If you're looking to save money on some essential items, this is the place.

Worst experience ever. Hispanic manager was being so rude to one of the cashiers and cussing at her to stop doing balloons and to ring up the customers in her line. We then asked the manager to have 6 balloons and she started telling us she doesn’t like to do them cause customers don’t like to wait in line. She was telling me she never does balloons because it takes too much time. She said “you see how long this line is. I don’t do balloons. People don’t like to wait”. Lots of eye rolling at customers and her employees and cussing at her. So unprofessional and complaining about doing her job. Don't like your job, don’t work there. But don’t say your not doing balloons right now if you’re not going to put up a sign that says you only do them at certain times. Doing sell them either if you as a manger aren’t going to want to and won’t let you employees do it either. Horrible customer service

As far as Dollar Trees goes, this one doesn't have as much selection as a lot of the other ones. It's obviously understaffed, pallets always out needing to be stocked on the shelves. Employees I've come across have all been nice, customer service oriented. Lines do get long fast. It's conveniently located by PetSmart, Ross, 5 below,Target, and a few other places. Off I20 & Hampton.

Customer service was really bad. The cashier was very rude. The dark skin lady cashier was very rude and unprofessional. The store was dirty and unorganized.

Best visit ever they had a man opening the door for everyone, greeting folks, and just a very pleasant. He helped out by given folks carts and putting them back.

Be prepared to wait in line. They are always under staff, and it doesn't seem to matter to the corporation.

I would leave no star, but I have to say this Dollar tree doesn’t open on time. Waited 15 min outside while it was time to open while employee was on her phone. I left couldn’t wait any longer had to buy many things for a project. Just a waist of time.

I have seen such disrespect and unprofessionalism until I went into this store tonight. I came into the store with my wife and 4 year old daughter on standing in line to cash out my 4 year old was playing with a small ball that they sell. One of the employees began to yell at my daughter "That she quite clearl no playing in the store and yelled at my 4 year old daughter to stop bouncing the ball in "her store". I am going to contact the district manager in morning no child should be treated like that by any store employee.

Just walked out this location because a black lady worker with all black on with glasses talking all kinds of mess because she have to clean up after other people. My kids and me come in and she just going on get your kids all this mess I got to clean up and so on and also say if you can whoop me say so and i did say can cause she just talking. She keep going on. I don't appreciate any of that she is very unprofessional and needs to speak better in her work place. If she don't like her job she needs to get something better
