This Dollar Tree location is deeply disappointing. The area manager needs to spend a week here to reevaluate the employees and the overall store management. You never know what to expect when you enter this location; it's consistently subpar. Every aisle is cluttered with boxes, creating a hazard for shoppers. The shelves are rarely stocked, and on multiple occasions, I've had to rummage through boxes myself just to find the items I needed. The supervisors here have absolutely no customer service skills. I even witnessed a supervisor slam an office door in the face of an older, seemingly disabled employee today. This behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects a toxic work environment. This store desperately needs a whole new management team to turn things around.

Store clearly states they close at 10… and I got there at 9:46 and wasn’t allowed in because apparently the store closes at 9:50. All I needed was one thing and I still got denied.. terrible service.

Great value. But they have started introducing products that cost greater than 1.25 now. They should maintain the 1.25 price point.

I've been going there for years. Always find what I'm looking for, and more... The staff is so helpful and work hard to keep clean, stocked and provide A+ customer service. I'm so happy they are right down the street.

Cashier was rude. Didn't want to check me out even though I had two items in my hand. Pointed at her light as if I gave a damn and won't be back.. I'll go to another one

The last time I was in this dollar tree they had very friendly and receptive to my needs employees there that day. And the shelves were actually being stocked much fuller than they have been in years I think. Looks like it’s turning around for the better.

6/4 Still spreading gossip from register, not even acknowledged through the entire transaction as the cashier was talking to someone else, not thanked, instead told me I bet I was higher up.
Previous visits:
Employees still spreading gossip and defamation about me at registers. Spreading propaganda in retail should only result in employees getting fired. It is encouraging throwing stones at someone which can ultimately snowball and lead to death. In my case, it has been a good reputation attacked in lieu of those choosing to live a lesser life and cheap moments then later letting all know they were a martryr, when in fact they did it for themselves.

I have visited many Dollar Tree stores but it is horrible from the customer service to the hygiene, the person who was the cashier was an African American man, very rude , he is talking on his cell phone and you don't know if he is talking to you or if he is talking to someone else , very bad attitude and in the end when he already charged you he leaves all your merchandise aside, you ask him about bags and with a bad attitude he tells you there is none!!!!, why don't they put a sign on the door, that there are no plastic bags to make your purchases.

This store is so clean and very nice people. Its so organized i loved it and worth the drive. I let one of the workers know how clean and good it looks cause we appreciate a good clean store. I will for sure shop here for now on..
