I was able to walk in and out in 10 minutes and get my vaccines. No appointment required. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We recently went to Link for some vaccines, and although they show as in network for our insurance including offering immunizations, they are unable to bill medical insurance for the vaccines. We paid $79 for a flu and covid vaccine for our daughter because they ran it through our pharmacy benefits and it got denied. I'm now in the laborous process of re filing the claim myself and trying to get reimbursed. I would recommend saving yourself the headache of coming to Link for vaccines

We had a wonderful experience getting vaccinations here! The staff was wonderful and the facility was great! I am grateful that they had vaccinations for children and were very efficient and skilled.

Earlier last week, my dog was prescribed some meds by his specialist. After having gone to cvs, Walgreens, Tom Thumb, Costco and another neighborhood pharmacy (with absolutely no luck), I was given the information to Link from another neighborhood pharmacy.Not only was Jessica super kind and helpful, she took the time to make sure the prescription needed wasn’t available cheaper (it wasn’t) but she was able to get it all ordered and delivered in a timely manner. The delivery driver was also very courteous and prompt.They’ve made loyal clients in our household.

When I needed a booster dose of the Covid vaccine, I walked into Campbell pharmacy without an appointment. They were responsive, professional, and friendly. My son had a similar experience.

This Pharmacy is amazing. They’re able to get my medications in a timely manner, the staff are nice and helpful, and unlike major pharmacies they help with obtaining Pre-Authorizations. After having difficulties with many pharmacies over the years, this one has been the best I’ve gone to. If you want a pharmacy that cares and is helpful, try them out. They just moved to new location that offers compounding too.

i had my prescription sent to this pharmacy because they had good reviews and at other main pharmacies, like CVS or Walgreens, my medication is on back order. They refused to fill my prescription because it was the only medication I am currently taking. I take alot of supplements but I'm still young and don't require a bunch of medication right now, thankfully! Basically, they confirmed that they do have the medication on hand but won't fill my prescription which was sent into them electronicly from the doctor's office! They told me they need to save their medication for the patients they already have! unbelievable, as I would have been a returning customer and could have made that my pharmacy for if my daughter ever needed medication or a prescription filled!! don't waste your time here. they are very stuck up!

This is the best pharmacy in town! The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Every time I come here the process is easy and smooth for anything I need! Dawn’s expertise as a pharmacist is always apparent and she truly cares about the community! She prides herself on keeping up-to-date with current clinical knowledge and advice. Only pharmacy in the area at all that can reliably get my medication, and are able to get it next day as well. They offer delivery to not only my apartment but my office too which is essential because I don’t drive. I take a seemingly uncommon medication that has to be specifically ordered monthly I think just for me, and they now have taken it upon themselves to order it before they think I will happen to call for a refill. That way it can usually be delivered the day I call. The whole staff from the pharmacists to the man who delivers to me are great. Having previously used CVS for 20+ years for my medications and worked at CVS as well, this is a significantly more personal experience than somewhere like a CVS and the service is better and reliable.

Excellent service, prompt responses over the phone, and all around fantastic experience! We got our COVID vaccines here and my husband said that Dawn was by far the best experience with injections he has had—he didn’t even feel the needle. Absolutely recommend—they are moving nearby to a bigger space and will be called Link Pharmacy soon, fyi.
