I have to shout it from the rooftops – the team at Ford DTX Auto are nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I rolled in with my ride, the vibe was welcoming and downright friendly. It's like walking into a buddy's garage where everyone knows your Truck! (and all its quirks!). The technicians are wizards under the hood, always ready with a fix that’s both quick and efficient. They’re not just about getting you back on the road; they ensure you drive away with a grin. Special kudos to Evan, who takes care me Warm Thank you. You know I love my 17-year-old Pick-up.?? Ford DTX isn't just a service center; it's a community hub for us Ford enthusiasts. With their top-notch service hats off to Ford DTX Auto team for making car care a delightful experience. Great experience with DTX. I literally can’t say enough. This experience was a PERFECT example of how these guys will pursue the HIGHEST level of customer satisfaction. I brought my truck in to get some help with some unsteadiness/rumbling in the steering. I was greeted by Evan. Awesome customer service, very pleasant handoff process. We communicated about some of the potential root causes, of the issue I was experiencing and they went to work with fixing some of the things that we had narrowed the issue down to. Upon reviewing, the techs and I were not completely satisfied with the results. They made it a point to continue to work on the vehicle until we were all satisfied with the results. Although they had to go back and rework, they maintained maximum efficiency so that I would not be overcharged for extra labor time, extra diagnostic costs, or any of the money hungry tactics I have seen at other shops.
I live here locally and it is so refreshing to know that I have found a shop that I can go to and find friendly, trustworthy mechanics that will take care of me, and my vehicles with good, honest intentions. I’m not going anywhere else for work on my truck anytime soon.

I had such a great experience at DTX! Casey was super friendly and went out of his way to help me with everything I needed. He took the time to explain all the details about the issue with my car, which I really appreciated. I’m definitely going to be a regular client from now on!

Needed a state inspection. Called in the morning. Was invited to specify a time during that day. Agreed on 2:00 p.m. Arrived at 2:00. Departed at 2:16 with the necessary paperwork. Easy peasy.

I have taken several company vehicles to DTX and they have addressed issues and looked at our vehicles faster than i can even get an appointment at other companies. They are honest and don't try to up sell you on work you don't need. I now take my personal vehicles here as well.

Staff was super friendly! Gave good advice on maintenance and their other location! Definitely would come again, was in and out in about an hour! They do specialize in Ford but as a GMC owner, they took care of my vehicle as if it was their own!

I Can't Say Enough Good About DTX!! My kids got in a jam while visiting the children's hospital and being 2 hours from home wasn't sure what to do. So naturally Dad was called and once I prayed for God to intervene I instantly found DTX (which was only a mile away). When Casey answered and I told him the situation he instantly took over and assured me that we had nothing to worry about. I got the kids in touch with him and he fixed the problem, took it for a test drive and sent them on their way back home. Once he knew they were good he called me to settle up and charged me a very reasonable rate. It's a helpless feeling when your kids and grandkids are hours away and u can't help. But GOD & Casey at DTX made the whole situation seem flawless. I'll definitely be stopping by if I'm ever in the area to give this man a handshake from one dad to another!! THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH!!

I highly recommend of using DTX Automotive. They’re honest, punctual, high quality work, no hidden fees, no up selling, very detail oriented, high quality customer service, affordable pricing, Casey went above and beyond to make sure, that my Ford Transit’s transmission replacement was completed in 3 days. Amazing ! I’m very satisfied with their overall performance.

We just found them so this was our first time using them for repairs, but they did a great job fixing my Explorer. No hassle or delays; they had to order a part and wait for that but it was well-communicated and got there within a day. They actually answered the phone (which I have found is not always the case with other auto shops/dealers) when I called and let me know as soon as the repairs were done - which was faster than I hoped.
