I reviewed this location a year ago 5 stars! Today the service was terrible, and the donuts were stale a minus one star! Also waited in line 15 minutes with 5 people behind the counter?? Don't plan on stopping anymore. Management needs closer supervision of this shop! It needs help.

Nothing ever works, latte machine, oven, service is slow, donuts are not what was ordered. Go downstairs to the bagel shop they're way better.

The manager was very rude and disrespectful. She messed up my order and then blamed me for it. She also wouldn’t give me bacon on the side, but made me pay for it. Lana, however, was very kind and helpful.

I ordered a double chocolate donut. The employee put it frosting side down in the bag so all of the frosting was in the bottom of the bag and chocolate everywhere on the bag.

If you are flying in the morning and like stale, day old donuts, this is the place for you. All 4 items ordered were definitely from the prior day and inedible. There was a long line and no way to return due to time constraints. Check reviews and find other options if you are hungry in the morning at love field.

January 8, 2023 around 2pm on the way to baggage pick up tried to order food and two drinks. When ordering a cappuccino the rude woman working mumbled “no”. The place was out of all coffee and espresso and all food items (except sausage egg and cheese croissants and a limited amount of donuts).

I was traveling back home from Dallas Texas I had a terrible experience at Loves Field Airport Dunkin Donuts with a young lady name Hanna. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar. When I received the medium coffee it was one shade from black and not creamed to my liking.I went back and asked the young lady for 3 creams on the side and I was told that they don't carry those and she could put some into my coup. I said yes please, when the young lady Hanna returned the cup it was still not cream to my liking, I asked mor a dab of more cream, and she told me no, and whispered something under her breath and rolled her eyes.At that point all the other customers gasped at what she had said, I then spoke up and asked my Cashier who then told Hanna you cant say that to a customer and she creamed my coffee perfectly. Though this email is intended for a complaint against Hanna, I would also like to compliment the cashier, I didn't catch her name she was professional and Hanna should learn customer service skills from the cashier.

Looking forward to having a fresh brew cup of coffee, unfortunately coffee was so water down that it had no taste of coffee. Not the only customer that noticed it.Very unfortunate to take an early morning flight with no coffee.

Always claims to not have food only donuts and coffee. Every time I visit about 12 times in last 6 months. I think the employees are just lazy.

The lady working today Sunday October 15 at 5:56pm.The tea taste like old tea!I told her they is tastes very bad !Her willing of helping me fix the situation or options. Nothing she don’t care zero effort zero everything she literally doesn’t want to be there. She doesn’t care for this job at all. She treats her customers badly.Like charge job if you hate so much !

I waited about 10 minutes in a lunch line today (before ordering) and then waited a further 10 minutes for 2 bagel bites. There were so many staff on their phones/cleaning/counting the til when they could’ve been helping the one girl who appeared to be doing everything. I found that the staff weren’t pleasant either.

Before I even start this review, I will say that the only good thing about this location was the employees. They explained everything that they did have in a timely manner. Which is very good considering that the line took a half hour to get through which adds to my negativity about this place but I understand there is not much to do with a long line.My problem lies with the fact that I was waiting an hour trying to read from a menu that had such a small print that I could barely even read it when I got to the counter. Then I found out that the only things they had were doughnuts and drip coffees. In the future, they should consider putting up a sign (easy as a piece of paper taped somewhere) saying that was all they had.TLDR; Waited half an hour to find this place had nothing from their tiny print menu
