I just wanted to let you know that I highly recommend this business (Eats Broker). Mr. Maddox was very professional and effective in the process of selling my restaurant, I was completely impressed with quick selling time of my business. and one last thing he was really transparent and clear with paperwork and money transaction, he was on top until he was sure I got paid. Dominique has been a wonderful person to work with. We hit a lot of glitches along the process (mainly due to buyer not doing his due diligence - no fault on Dominique), but Dominique was on top of things and patient (very patient) through the long, drawn-out process. I would buy a business I didn't want from Dominique before buying from another broker. Not one time did I feel that he was more concerned with his commission than he was concerned about my best interest. I literally passed on other businesses because of the broker I was having to work with. I've already started recommending him to others.
