I had been using them for years. Then one day I pick up a shirt that was new for me, and something had shredded a large hole in it under the sleeve. When I brought it back with other cloths to drop off, they said they would have a response for me at pickup and kept the shirt. On pick up they seemed surprised no one had called me. I asked them to call their owner who was “unable to talk to me due to wherever he was“. She tried to get me to leave and i pressed the unresolved issue. She said someone would call me the next day. Nobody called. It has been several days now and they are not answering their phone. Consumer beware. If they damage your items don’t expect that they will do anything to resolve the issue. After years of my business, it will be someone else’s.

The two times I have been have been great. Last 3 times I tried to go they've been closed. Google hours do not reflect actual hours of operations and due to this I've been taking my business elsewhere which sucks because I truly do like their quality of work and service.

No accountability for lost items, items have returned stained or damaged . Plus access right now is horrible due to construction, gave them an opportunity to rectify , as you should always do, but they couldn't get it together .

They recycle the bags and hangers if you bring them back! Also good prices and clothes are always ready by time promised.

Did not get the wrinkles out of my dress (which is why I brought it here in the first place) and it was returned to me even more wrinkled than when I gave it to them. Not worth it, wouldn't recommend.

the worst dry cleaner ever??? they shrunk my husbands new pants and i brought a dress there specifically to have a button added and it was not but the sleeves were pressed in the incorrect way?? on top of being incredibly expensive. i just called to leave a message and there is no answering machine? could someone please contact me? we are irate
