First time I ever ordered and was disappointed, I got the regular size arrangement not the small or xsmall and it was not what the picture looked like . Smh embarrassing to even gift this

I was really happy with my order. I talked to a customer service lady, Liz, and she made my order painless and very easy. I wanted my gift to be delivered at a set time and this edible arrangement location have excelled. I highly recommend this location if you wanted to surprise a loved one!

Often try to catch this store , however they clothes and locks the door at 6 pm and 6:30 I wanted to purchase the stuff that’s in the window not make a order however was told but we already close the register it really is discouraging to have a store with hours of operation that are not met , I will be notifying higher up as the staff was politely rude

Do not order -- you won't get your order if they're busy, and they won't do anything to compensate you for their failure.I placed an order for two dozen chocolate strawberries, and paid for Valentine's Day delivery. On Valentine's Day, at 7:50 PM when it hadn't been delivered, I called the store and they assured me that it was out for delivery and would be arriving that day. It didn't.The following day (today), I received a phone call from them informing me it wasn't delivered because "it was a really busy day, and the delivery system got backed up," and offering me either a refund or redelivery. I asked if that was the best they could do, and was transferred to a manager, Lizbeth, who informed me that in fact they would not be offering anything else to make up for their failure.Embarrassingly bad preparation (of course it was busy -- it's Valentine's Day!) coupled with disappointing customer service means you should avoid this place like the plague.

Strawberries was sour not sweet and the person who delivered wanted a picture for confirmation and didn’t tell me that picture was going to be sent to the sender who I happen to LIKE. I would have combed my hair and looked decent. I called to complain about this and was told they only take a picture from the hand down. Well that wasn’t the case for me. This was the worse experience ever. On top of that I was not compensated nor was any compassion expressed about my complaint. I love Edible Arrangements and hold them at high standards. I’m not so sure I’ll request for them again. This is very upsetting

Fantastic next day service. Included a note to remove a fruit my friend did not like and received a call so we could discuss how to make the arrangement work without it. Understandably cost me a few extra dollars to add in different fruit but was able to have the arrangement I liked. Also, mentioned why I was ordering and the person I was speaking with advised there was coffee included which would not have worked. I hadn’t realized. She was able to take that out. Had I not received the phone call and the hands on attention, my dear friend and her family would not have been able to enjoy this arrangement. I can’t be there personally so I am really thankful that I could send this. Thank you for you help Liz!
