The lady told me it would be ready in an hour and a half, only took about 50 mins when I received the email stating I could go pick up my phone. Phone looked brand new, they use original Iphone parts. If need be, hopefully not, but I would come here again! God bless!!”

“Slemmons restored my AX-Edge keytar to perfect condition. We had a long wait due to circumstances outside anyone’s control (waiting on a rare part from the manufacturer) and during that time the communication was excellent, they followed up regularly with the manufacturer and shared updates etc. As soon as the part arrived the repair was done FAST. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. Would recommend for any instrument repair especially electronics which you really don’t want to DIY! These folks are pros.”

“I have used Mustafa for the past 12 years and I have always forgotten to leave a review. This time was a MUST.
Every time I bring something to him, he has not failed me. Time factor: Well, he does not stock every part and several times, he has needed to look for it.
This past month, my phone slid right out the car window onto the busy street near Coit and Spring Valley in Dallas. I had to search for it and two hours later, it was a mangled piece of metal and shattered glass. I picked up only parts of it. The Otter Box protector and cover was gone as well as the phone back and I don't know what all is missing.
Too much information that had not backed up, I really needed this phone.
Mustafa put bits and pieces together, brought the phone back to life and I was able to recover all my data. The phone is not useable, but problem solved!

“I had an old iPhone that fell into the ocean for a few seconds and locked up. It was the last day of a cruise in French Polynesia so lost all my pics, but kept the phone just in case. Apple told me it was unrestorable, but a friend recommended talking it to this place so I figured it was worth a shot. They actually got it up and running again, I couldn't believe it! Unfortunately, I can't seem see any of the pics from the Tahitian cruise, but there are lots of other old pics that I enjoyed looking at. I'm not a computer expert so I don't know why it's only the cruise pics that I can't see. I went on the Mexican Riviera cruise a few years before that, however, along with a few other trips, and I WAS able to view those pics.”

I was ecstatic. I thought it would take a couple days. I picked it up and it was running like brand new. Been playing COD ever since.”

“I had taken my 2019 Samsung 65 in curve tv to them. He let me know that it would be about 7 to 10 days. He would let know the price as soon as he could confirm what the issue was. LED light strip. ( Half black screen)2 or 3 days later he quoted me $275. Parts and labor.(I have watched videos on you tube on how to. I do not have those tools, (and why buy the tools if I will only use once)). Brought in iPhone 13 mini for a screen replacement after a very bad experience at another location (other store broke OEM screen/protector and damaged phone attempting to replace battery). Not only did Sal and team go out of their way to help fix the problem created by the other location, they got me in and out in less than 20 minutes!
