After replacing the battery and charging port, which were in dire need of replacement, I had new issues since the charging port part ended up being faulty. I took it back in and they replaced it with a new working part at no additional charge, even though that meant they needed to spend more time on it, ensuring it was done right. “I brought my 1963 Fender Vibroverb into Slemmons Music Services and was 100% satisfied with the work done by Terence. First, Terence spent a good amount of time with me listening to my description of the problem I was having with the amp and asking me questions. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about vintage amplifiers. He was very clear about his diagnosis and repair process as well as the time I could expect the repair to take. While the amp was under repair he called to ask about my preference for part replacement (first time any shop has done that). When I came to pick up the amp there was no rush, Terence gave me a thorough explanation of the repair and spent time playing through the amp. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work done. It sounded better than it had in years. I highly recommend Slemmons Music Services, especially for vintage amp repair.”
“A post in my lightning port was broken so that my charger and headphones wouldnt stay in. Apple said that they didn’t fix that tiny piece and that I would have to buy a new phone. Since the phone was pretty new and it was such a tiny piece, I did not want to buy a new phone!
Thankfully, CPR could do the fix. In contrast with Apple, before scheduling the repair they tested if a free cleaning would solve the issue. When the cleaning didn’t fix it, they ordered the part and a week and a half later it was repaired!
I give it four stars because the part was in later than they said it would and because the repair was completed a few hours later than they said it wood be.
But I’m definitely glad that I ignored Apple’s instructions that I buy a new phone!”

“I have used Mustafa for the past 12 years and I have always forgotten to leave a review. This time was a MUST.
Every time I bring something to him, he has not failed me. Time factor: Well, he does not stock every part and several times, he has needed to look for it.
This past month, my phone slid right out the car window onto the busy street near Coit and Spring Valley in Dallas. I had to search for it and two hours later, it was a mangled piece of metal and shattered glass. I picked up only parts of it. The Otter Box protector and cover was gone as well as the phone back and I don't know what all is missing.
Too much information that had not backed up, I really needed this phone.
Mustafa put bits and pieces together, brought the phone back to life and I was able to recover all my data. The phone is not useable, but problem solved!

“I had taken my 2019 Samsung 65 in curve tv to them. He let me know that it would be about 7 to 10 days. He would let know the price as soon as he could confirm what the issue was. LED light strip. ( Half black screen)2 or 3 days later he quoted me $275. Parts and labor.(I have watched videos on you tube on how to. I do not have those tools, (and why buy the tools if I will only use once)).
