I went to another metro to activate my iPhone 3 weeks ago; I was told it could not be done because I was transferring info from an android to an iPhone. After carrying around two phones for too long, I went to my favorite Metro PCS store at 1133 N. ZANG. The staff has changed, but the service is still great. Sadiq was the ultimate customer service representative. He apologized for the info I received from the last store. He diligently transferred all of my data from my Android to my iPhone. I am so thankful for Sadiq and his commitment to being conscientious to the needs of his customers. It is refreshing to find a young person with good work ethics!!! “Just had to go in because my speaker on my phone went out and he helped me clean up my speaker and helped me out free of charge. When I called him to get a quote, the prices were very reasonable and he even recommended that it could just be that my phone needed a cleaning. I had already went to some and they were charging me more and told me that the speaker would have to be changed without even seeing it. They were very friendly.”

After replacing the battery and charging port, which were in dire need of replacement, I had new issues since the charging port part ended up being faulty. I took it back in and they replaced it with a new working part at no additional charge, even though that meant they needed to spend more time on it, ensuring it was done right. Thanks for the help; my phone works great now!”
