“I am a senior who is technologically challenged. I went to another metro to activate my iPhone 3 weeks ago; I was told it could not be done because I was transferring info from an android to an iPhone. After carrying around two phones for too long, I went to my favorite Metro PCS store at 1133 N. ZANG. The staff has changed, but the service is still great. Sadiq was the ultimate customer service representative. He apologized for the info I received from the last store. He diligently transferred all of my data from my Android to my iPhone. I am so thankful for Sadiq and his commitment to being conscientious to the needs of his customers. It is refreshing to find a young person with good work ethics!!! A happy customer is a returning customer. Let's support this store that upholds good business practices!!!”

When I called him to get a quote, the prices were very reasonable and he even recommended that it could just be that my phone needed a cleaning. I had already went to some and they were charging me more and told me that the speaker would have to be changed without even seeing it. They were very friendly.”

“These guys are highly skilled technicians. My Samsung Galaxy stopped powering on, and indications were that it was likely a motherboard issue. I took it to 3 other so-called nice reputable cellphone repair shops, who said the motherboard is cooked and that I may as well just replace the phone. The last repair shop recommended I contact an official Samsung repair shop out in Allen, but after reading the horrible reviews for that place, I decided to give these guys a shot. I called ahead, and they were very friendly knowledgeable and understood over the phone what was probably the issue. They not only assured me they could likely repair the phone, but that it could be done fairly quickly. Within half an hour of taking in the phone, they were able to diagnose the faulty node on the motherboard, sauder in a working part, and fix the issue. The phone powered on like new and has been working great ever since. They are very reasonably priced, and provided friendly, fast, and quality service. It's amazing to me that all of the other shops with so-called certified technicians felt the situation was hopeless, yet these guys fixed it not time. Great work guys!”

“We stayed across the street during our visit and what a gem! Basically every food choice you could ever want and we tried to get through them all. The Indian restaurant was fantastic. Definitely our favorite. The Greek spot was our least and disappointed us after it being my favorite cuisine I was looking forward to it. My baklava was stale and the Falafal was okay. Nothing special. The Asian place has great food, dumplings were fire. The crepes. Fire. The Boba tea. Fire. Overall great place to grab a bite and something for everyone!!”
