I strongly recommend Elevate Fitness, especially when your New Year’s resolution needs help. The team here is excellent. Key points you need to know: (1) they help keep you accountable so you see real results; (2) it’s an amazing community; (3) they take care of all the planning so you just show up and work hard; (4) their specialized training accommodates your specific needs; and (5) it’s damn fun.Ultimately, they will help you develop life substantial, real, and effective life changes. You should invest in yourself and your future.(Member since August 2021).

I and my wife have been with elevate fitness for about more than a year now. Stephany and her team are awesome. Workouts are always customized to our goals with continuous adaptation as needed throughout the session just to push you enough towards your goal. Certainly these workouts have helped a lot with posture correction, strength building along with overall just promoting wellbeing. They also offer nutritional guidance based on your goals for very customized experience for each client. Overall, very happy with the experience and will certainly highly recommend elevate fitness!

The team at elevate is amazing! My husband and I started here to help get back into shape and just overall work on our fitness goals and health. The workouts are customized to our individual goals and the multiple trainers allow for more flexibility with my work schedule! The trainers aren’t afraid to push me and never have I had a class cancelled barring weather/sickness.

I've been with Elevate for over a year now, and I’ve loved every moment. Stephany had lots of fun and social events throughout the year— I would highly recommend coming in for both your physical goals as well as a place to have fun! I originally came in with major asymmetrical muscle development, and all the trainers I talked with were extremely helpful in reaching my goals.

If I had to pick 0 stars I would. The staff here was very very rude and disrespectful. The all have a power trip problem. And there were roaches in the bathrooms. Don’t ever come here.

After moving to Dallas and starting my first full time job out of college, I knew I wanted to stay active and develop a workout routine along with some nutritional goals. The trainers at Elevate Fitness helped to hold me accountable and to support me in meeting all of my goals. Each workout felt really customized for me and it didn't take long for me to start feeling and seeing a difference in myself after starting here. I became more energized, stronger, and more confident. The trainers are kind, encouraging, and flexible with scheduling! Even with a busy work schedule, I was able to incorporate 2-3 workouts into each week. The gym is clean, comfortable, and has a wide variety of equipment. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in Dallas!

Whenever I head out to Dallas I make sure to set up time at Elevate. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they have all the equipment needed and their programming is creative. If I can’t make it to the gym, they offer me virtual classes as well. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach myself of over 20-yrs I know what I need and they give it to me. The gym is clean and fun to hangout in. Definitely recommend if you live in Dallas or traveling there for a few days.

I have been taking personal training with Elevate for almost 8 months now. I have lost almost 10 pounds, gained lots of muscles, strength and reduced my waist size. This has been my best personal training experience so far. I worked out with Tryston and Marvin, they are both really knowledgeable. The best part is they make sure to push to point where you get results without getting injured and also fine tune the exercises based on you sleep, diet and recovery during the workout itself. I worked with Sarah on my nutrition she made me accountable on my nutrition and my steps counting which has helped to get in shape.I fall off the track on my diet and exercise multiple times due to personal commitment and business travel, but these people always bought me back on track. Stephanie who owns the studio, is always willing to collect feedback and keep things to tailored to your needs. This is more like a family owned place and 0 corporate BS. I will highly recommend this place to anyone from who has never worked out before to advanced.

Choosing to work with Elevate in the last year has been one of the best decisions for my physical and mental health.I expected to meet a group of trainers that knew their stuff and would help me get back in shape. However, I was NOT expecting Elevate to be a community that became an essential part of my support network. When things got especially hard, I knew I could count on their training sessions as an escape. I looked forward to coming each week, and I left my sessions feeling encouraged and exhausted (in the best way possible).Stephany and her team do such a great job of personalizing your program and workouts to help you achieve your goals. Every week, I was met with new challenges that kept my training and my growth exciting. Each of the trainers bring something different to the workouts. When I mentioned I loved strength training and lifting heavy, Tryston especially would encourage me to use weights that I never imagined I could use.Most notably, Elevate was extremely accommodating when I was injured. In the span of a few months, I had two surgeries, including a debilitating tendon repair on my foot. Stephany assured me that she and her team have a lot of experience with injuries, and I was able to come back faster than I expected because they could work around my limitations with the boot. And the workouts were actually fun!Unfortunately, I am moving out of state, so I have to stop training. However, what I received from this gym was life-changing. I look forward visiting Elevate when I’m back in town, and I recommend anyone in the Dallas area to check them out.

This place is my family and they helped me change my life. Stephany is the sweetest, along with Trystan, Marvin, Jake, Sara Ann. They help with physical and weight training, along with your diet. I love going here.

Elevate is by far the best gym I've been apart of. All of the trainers are great and attentive. I never feel like I'm being pushed too hard that it's miserable and I'm sore and hurting for days. The trainers are very good at knowing what days i can push and what days i need more rest/recovery based on my stress levels, but regardless every workout is a great workout. They listen to my individual goals and are always supportive. I've lost and kept off 15lbs and feel stronger than I have in years while training at Elevate.

Elevate Fitness is many things to me. But if I could describe it in one word: WOW!! These trainers have helped me redefine my life ever since I joined almost a year ago. These people really make an honest effort to connect with you. The workouts they design for each session are unique and have provided me with some serious results. Also, their nutritional guidance has been helpful for me to understand how to eat better consistently. The trainers are also really cool and I appreciate their friendship over this past year as well. The facility overall is very clean, well organized, and dynamic. With the veriety of machines, weights, and things like a giant tire, no one workout is the same. I understood how to engage each item for an exercise properly with the help of the trainers guidance. Joining elevate fitness was probably the best decision of my life. For years, I couldn't figure out how to begin to be healthier and achieving my weight-loss goals. But now, I've lost almost 45 lbs in one year, training 2 times a week. I found excitement and passion for fitness while being trained by Elevate Fitness. They care about you and your goals, and will work with you until you get results. Absolutely amazing, thank you for everything you have done for me <3

Can't wait for this awesome team to get to do their Grand Opening in Leander at Bagdad and Hero Way. Cody and Kai are phenomenal trainers, who are knowledgeable and caring. Cody even has a PhD in Physical Therapy! Both are CrossFit Certified. Go team!

This place changed my life. Dramatic, I know, but hear me out: I was pregnant during the pandemic and gained 40 lbs. My sweet darling son destroyed my abs. After he was born, I couldn't even do a single crunch. I knew I wanted to change that but I was scared to start. I walked into Elevate to sit down with Stephany, and I was scared. Not only was in the worst shape of my life, but I have NEVER been athletic. But she put me at ease. I've now been a client for 4 months, and have lost 30+ lb, can do a ton of crunches, can press more weight than I ever thought possible in my entire life. And I know I am just at the start of my journey. The biggest thing has been the mind shift. Steph and her entire team feel like real friends, and they push me to be my best, but never to the point where I feel discouraged/in pain. I can tell them when I'm having a tough day and get a therapy session during the workout for free! I really cannot recommend it highly. It was hard to start, but boy has it been worth it.

I love this place! I was very nervous to start personal training after a year of COVID habits but when I met with Stephany she was so knowledgeable, easy to talk to and up front about what I should expect and how my journey might go if I was willing to put in the work. Generally how it works is you book your sessions online every week or two weeks and it's nice because you can do different times and days from week to week to fit your schedule if you need. I started off things slowly but it has been over three months and I have stuck to it and have only taken one week off because I know Stephany, Trystan and the whole team are there supporting me every week and want to see me succeed. I love that it's a small studio space because there's usually only one, two or three other people working out with other trainers at a time. Personally, I found I thrived in that environment because it feels less intimidating than a huge gym with lots of people that may be much more advanced than you. In addition, they consider have a separate but parallel track with individual coaching to focus on nutrition so that it's not only what your body is doing in the gym but what you're putting into your body everyday. Every time I've had questions, Steph has been great about answering or pointing me in the right direction. Finally, while I was able to be in person for three months, I recently moved out of states and was so nervous about backsliding but I was able to keep working out virtually with each trainer at home while I got settled into my new city and I have also enjoyed that very much. Arguably, one of the best things has been that while I feel supported and have made friendships with the trainers, I haven't ever felt pressured to do something I don't want, or doesn't feel right, they always work with my limits and my comfortability. I'll end this by saying that while it may seem costly, I do think it's worth it for everything you get and to achieve your fitness/nutrition goals. Hope this helps!
