I wrote reviews only 2 times in my life.
Very bad company to deal with. Sale guy name Shawn is worst. They don't care about customers and care only about their commission. i bout $6,000 worth iPhone from them. They will ask you a lot of demand when they need $ from you. They will let you come all they way to their place for 2 times and ask $ first and the products is not even ready. And for people who bought $6,000, they ask for shipping fees. Shame!
The next day, got a call and tell you they don't have enough phones in stock. Plus 50% of Phone that i got is defective. We do B2B business and i got return from my customers and got complained. so i have to replace original apple lcd from my pockets.
After send it back another 11 phones for refurnd, they don't want to give you refund and let you fill out stupid rma forms with every problems. And it took 3 weeks and nothing hear back from them and give us different reasons every time we ask. keep pushing you to buy another phones. very bad attitude and bad sale experienced plus doesn't know how to deal with upset customers.
So, finally i have to chance to talk to one of the owner, who speak non stop and never have chance to talk to customers and who doesn't have $2000 to refund to me.
And tell me that, accountant who control $ is out of town for 3 and half weeks. My questions is, they only depends on 1 person for entire wholesale company? i myself run 2 company and i went out of country a lot as well. but this is not the way you run company. And promised me to come pick up $ the next day and sound like we are bagging for $ like homeless.
but the next day, we call before we go, they said, we have to wait till the next day for wire transfer which will take another 2 days to clear in our bank.
This is not a bout $ after all. i just got so mad because of the way they treat you.
Hope they don't leave fake bad reviews to my company, if they do. i will find out and talk to everyone in this industrial that i know. Harry Hines Blvd is not that big and everyone know everyone.
This is after 1 months still haven't receive $ yet
Bad customer service, Bad products and Bad attitude.
