Found the item I were searching for online. Call The Store. The gentleman was very polite, very helpful. He took care of me online and I place the order. He sent it out the very next day. I received it 2 days later. Great store

I love this store, I live nearby so it's always convenient. Staff always greets me with a smile and are very helpful with whatever project I am executing on that given day. I would highly recommend you check them out.

Couldn’t fine the link to do a store review, Anyways I want to appraise your enployee Aaron he went about and beyond to help me find a fitter and adapter for my cold air intake for my truck. I lost hope when I was browsing auto parts stores and came here to see but wasn’t to sure but didn’t hurt to try. this man deserves a raise or a big bonus.

Ms Renee, I tell ya.. I gotta give it to her. Jobs nerf employees like her. Very knowledgeable and product knowledgeable. When I say I came in simply looking then grabbed a rake. The paint aisle caught my eye as I’ve been planning on painting the garage anyways. I had about a minute to look by myself not even knowing what I’m looking for and Ms Renee can’t over asked how to help and I told her I was thinking about paining my garage and what color and from there it went. She was so detailed in explaining to the point I was confident in my decision. Even after seeing the little block of a color tab I wanted, she showed me more options to choose from like I love that because I decided on my first color choice but I also was presented different colors too to job my mind . It don’t stop there. My husband— love grape and root beer sodas. He asked her what’s the difference. When I say it blew my mind how knowledgeable she was about the drinks too. He was like a kid in the candy store from that point on. Definitely will shop again and hopefully she’s there. She definitely needs a bonus or something. You don’t get good customer service like that no more. She make the store and the company look good . First time shopping at Elliot’s ever and will continue from now on . And of course my husband will be back for the drinks

The store has that wonderful feel of local community combined with an impressive selection (on view) in their Hardware PLUS section! Love how this area particularly is curated and isn't overwhelming but rather helpful in weeding out and in what you really like!If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service, professional, attention to detail, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and beyond patient with my questions.Looking for another reason (or project) to get back in there!

I found a cabinet latch that I had to piece together but no one in the store ever approached me to offer help. Not what Elliott's hardware used to be. They were known for their customer service. Not this time.
