Super expensive, for flattening a head on a Hyundai they took 180 more off the price, and in addition I had the head with some of the bearings of the distribution belt and they changed it for an old one that sounds, now I have to buy the kit new distribution. From 10/1

From all current appearances, David guarantees his work and has always told me that if any problem arises to bring the vehicle to him & if it's something related to his rebuild, he'll make it right. I believe him when says that. He specifies his service & stands by it.

I do not recommend they said they’ll leave like new but they did nothing they only made it worse more that 4 month at there shop.And still nothing only more problems. I really don’t recommend at all they only take ur money.

These people are absolutely the worst !!!!! I took my 400 Chevy small block engine where to be rebuilt and let me tell you these people did a piss poor job on my engine ! First of all after the rebuil I took it to them twice because they couldn’t stop a val cover gasket from leaking !! The timing in the engine wasn’t set right, I had to put on a new Distributor, the carb they put on was no good , the car stopped on me at a car wash and I called these guys for help and they tried to send a tow truck which was going to charge me 400 bucks to tow it !!!! So after I took it to another shop and got it fixed we called them and told them that my starter was soaked in oil because of the leak they didn’t fixed !!! So after all of that guess what happened now .... the engine has a knock to it !!!!

My mom’s 2002 Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo broke down on the way home from Fort Worth to Arlington and it would not start. We called here and they sent a tow truck to come and get it. David was extremely nice and helpful and he explained the whole process to my mom from start to end. When we came to pick the truck up, there was one more issue and they sent the tow truck again and fixed the issue. I highly recommend you this shop for engine repair!!! A big Thank You to David and the whole crew!!!!

The engine in my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo blew on the way home from work. My wife called Auto Engine rebuilders to get a quote for the engine. The quote wasn't too high up to fix an engine so she took our vehicle to them. Any issues that presented themselves was corrected as soon as they notified us and we gave them the green light. We deal with David the whole time and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we got our vehicle back minor issues came up, and David told us to bring the vehicle back and they fix those issues. Now my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo runs like new. The care and concern they showed to help us with our issues was above and beyond and I am grateful to them for fixing our vehicle due to the fact that it was our only vehicle in our livelihood. I highly recommend best company to fix your engine they actually do care about the customer.

I called these guys when my engine blew and they told me they could fix it and quoted me a price. David was honestly very helpful and knowledgeable about the situation and he took care of my vehicle perfectly. When I called and I noticed minor issues they were able to fix it with no problem. When other issues were presented they fix those issues as well without any hesitation. I don't know what the other reviews are saying because my experience with these gentlemen was excellent and now my vehicle runs like new. I highly recommend Auto Engine Rebuilders if you have any issues with your vehicle.

Dad took his vehicle here from OKC to have his engine totally rebuilt with extra brand new parts to be used. Was told they were the best on the planet and they would do them right.
After the fact, He had to take it back to Dallas on two separate occasions because of a knocking noise and leaking oil.
Took it to an OKC mechanic for a second diagnostic review. Old spark plugs, dirty heads, old gaskets, and no idea what was done on the inside of the motor.

Wish I could give them less than a star... Ripoff artists... Charged by 6k for an complete rebuild just for my truck to be leaking and have my lifters ticking 2 days after I got it back.. had to take the truck to them 3 times in 2 weeks for a leaking oil pan.. I've been having to top off my oil every 2 weeks.. messed up my aunts Cadillac too

We have enjoyed working with Angel and David & the team. They have done some various work on 2 of our vehicles We are very happy with the quality and service, especially since they saved us time and money compared to what was offered or "recommended" at other shops.
I would encourage you to call them for a quote and see for yourself because you can't always trust what is posted on internet "reviews".

Do yourself a favor and don't engage with this company. Dont do like I did and look past the other negative reviews and focus on the price they are giving you. Trust the other reviews and know that these folks shouldn't be trusted and that they will try to get over on you. There are some decent people in the front, nice folks but the mechanics will screw you. I needed an engine rebuilt, they quoted one price and got the deposit. They got in to doing the work and all of a sudden a need a part from some unknown lane that's going to, you guessed it, be THREE TIMES the original quote. I assume they are hoping you'll say screw it and leave the car there so they can fix it up and sell it or just sell it for parts. Either way, I ended up paying them about $1500 for them to take my engine out of the hood and the end result was not a rebuilt engine but engine parts in my backseat and trunk. guess what, STILL can't drive the car. and the mechanic had the nerve to ask me what I was going to do with the car (like he had some plans for MY car) wild . In summary, walk away. I unclick off this page and do a new Google search for a more reputable, honest, trustworthy mechanic shop because this one isn't it. Wish you all the best!
