These folks hounded me down for a payment I thought my insurance company was going to take care of, Alexia also called and told my friend that they were going to report the car stolen. I didn’t even know that they were looking for payment. I called and paid them and was told that I would receive a receipt for payment, but I didn’t receive one. I called back and spoke with Alexia again and was told that I would receive one within 5 minutes but no receipt. Now they can do all that calling and threatening but I can’t get a simple receipt for payment?? Ridiculous

My husband & I have been waiting in a hotel lobby since about 9 a.m. for these people to help set us up with a rental car. They say there are none on the lot. The man was so rude to my husband. We were willing to take a smaller vehicle, but he was not helpful & my husband and him had a verbal confrontation. HELP!! WE'VE been waiting for a vehicle for 6 hrs. Now.

I know I rented from another location but Brianna (not sure if that's her name) She was a taller black young lady, helped me with my issue. I appreciate all the help and advice. I will continue to use enterprise in the future! Thank you

Very poor service. I would go to a different location. Why have the option to reserve a car if it’s first come first served? I had a reservation for 12:30 and called at 10 the same day to see if I could pick up earlier and they declined and said it was to save me from waiting a long time. Well, I get here and I have an hour long wait. When I asked why I had to wait when I had a reservation, I was told there were people in front of me, who didn’t have reservations. When you have a 12 hour drive and you make a reservation, I expect to come pick up and go. Definitely the worse enterprise I’ve been to.

Reserved a car for 8 am online and had the whole day planned out around this, but they have no car!! On top of it, their local employee who self-identified as Brianna the manager is unwilling to assist in any way, refused to call around, and canceled my reservation without my approval. Absolutely unacceptable. She should be fired.

Dear lord what a mess. Left one employee to deal with 7 customers, had to wait over an hour after scheduling a pick up time, car wasn't cleaned until after waiting, NO PARKING AT ALL. Do not recommend. Make the drive outside of this location. Seems convenient to come here because it's close but I would've rather driven 30 minutes outside of Dallas to not have to deal with this place.

I’ve rented vehicles from this location multiple times now, and I’ve always had a great experience. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to use this location for all my rental needs and would definitely recommend others give them a try.

I had an issue with the first car and had no problem swapping it out. The battery died in that car but the 3rd car was awesome. No extra charges anywhere.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. This place does not deserve a 1 star review. Long wait times (2 hours to be exact), every car I've received from this location is dirty and gas tank on E. Manager and the employee with braids are extremely rude and need extensive customer service training!

Sucky Service Rented a car through insurance. Went up there, no cars & rude service. No options provide on getting a car. Called numerous times later in they day, they would pick up phone & leave it on the counter or send to corporate call center who also couldn't tell me when a car would be available. Suggestion : try any other car company cuz Enterprise sucks
