We had so many issues when we arrived on our end with cards and out of state license. Freddie was so patient and so NICE!!! Went out of his way to help us and even got my daughter a charger for her tablet. We had to extend our reservation and were able to do so with no issues. Had to call back and drop our car off at another location Freddie once again came through for us!! He is absolutely amazing and so helpful!

Customer service at the Enterprise on Polk Street is terrible. The guy on the phone was rude and more interested in arguing than helping. I’ve had to wait an extra week for my rental and now have to pick it up at a location 30 minutes away, even though this one is just minutes from my home. Very disappointing.

check engine light was on and when I contacted them to let them know and let them know that they would be closed after I got off they didn’t do anything to help me get another vehicle

Booked on their site for a insurance claim had it set up or a scheduled drop off at the repair shop it was going too I waited at the repair shop for several minutes finally called they canceled it cause I didn’t answer however they used an old number of mine on file instead of lookin at the recent service I booked with my recent number on there

I rented a vehicle from this location. I loved the customer service, it was amazing. Brichelle and Jasmine were extremely professional and courteous. I was even taken back home after I returned the rental. Highly recommend.
