I used Enterprise through an insurance claim. They picked me up at the body shop and allowed me to return the rental at the body shop. Also, they called me to confirm that the rental car was returned without any issues.

Very convenient neighborhood location near The Galleria Mall in Dallas with friendly personnel made this rental car experience easy and hassle-free. All my questions were answered and additional helpful information was given. I would recommend this Enterprise location off of Montfort, and will use it again myself on my next trip.

Absolutely disgraceful experience with Enterprise Car Rentals. I showed up with every required document—license, ID, credit card, and proof of address—and was still denied a car. No explanation. No accountability. Just a smug “it’s at the branch manager’s discretion,” as if that’s some magical phrase that makes outright discrimination or laziness acceptable.
The so-called “branch manager” couldn’t even be bothered to provide a valid reason—just hid behind policy without actually pointing to one. It’s honestly pathetic how a major rental company can let personal bias and poor customer service dictate their business.

Don’t go here💀I called ahead of time to reserve a car, and I spoke to a guy named Gavin or Gabe he said he’s the manager of the location I’m not sure but I saw him in person and talked on the phone. I had a free rental for a car wreck I wasn’t at fault in. He told me he had a car reserved for me at 2 pm. I asked what it was because it’s a free rental due to a wreck I’m not at fault in, and I had some leeway to pick and choose and he said he doesn’t know what I’ll be getting. I call again and ask and he’s like I still don’t know. I get up there and he’s trying to put me in a Prius sized orange Mitsubishi LMAO. I kind of laugh to the guy thinking he’s kidding and he’s dead serious. I’m like why did you not tell me the kind of car it was, and the manager told me he didn’t know what it was until I got there which is obviously not true if there’s a reservation in place. He told me he doesn’t know when people will drop off their cars as well. I then said then how did you have me reserved for 2pm if you didn’t know it would be available? He didn’t have an answer he brushed it off and tried to rush me and said I’m not doing this. I’m telling him basically this is ridiculous, dude was super strange and then the coworkers came out the back because they heard the commotion LOL then went back. Then I end up doing it because I drove about 30 minutes to this specific one I’ll just take the L right, and as I’m doing it he switches me to a 2020+ Nissan Altima like he’s doing me a favor. 😂 We’re talking and the managers acting a little more less weird as I’m walking to the car and I’m being nice now etc bc I don’t have the Mitsubishi right. And then this guy tells me and you can’t even make this up, that he takes home whatever car is left at the end of the night. He was like the orange Mitsubishi drives good I take whatever cars left at the end of the night home trying to make it seem like I was tripping for not doing it that it’s a solid car. 💀 Which quite frankly it 100% is, but I can go to any enterprise to get a car that’s free for me at that time I’m not gonna do that car obviously. That’s why I called and asked and that’s why he wouldn’t tell me obviously because it’s the most bottom of the barrel car car you can get right LMAO. Also the only reason I went to this one was they work with Car Star MVP Richardson, and they told me if I got it there I could return it when I got my car back at their body shop instead of taking it back to an enterprise which sounded easier to me. Super weird dude though I’ve never had to actually argue with an associate or manager I’m not even sure what this dude was but definitely DONT GO HERE. I wasn’t gonna even write a review because he did start to be less sketch at the end, but I’ve never been gaslighted like that at a place of business. 😭😭 Literally tried to gaslight me at his workplace to get a Nissan Altima to take home. Come on man!!!

My insurance company provided a rental car from Enterprise Galleria location. Driver picked me up at collision repair shop and the attendant at location helped me get on the road in less than 10 minutes. Best car rental experience I've ever had. I can't think of anything they could do better. Both employees provided what I consider top notch customer service. Great location, superior staff, check them out!

LattA is super rude. Very disrespectful yelled at me when I was asking a question and rudely hung up in my face. I went to the store in person and she was even more rude. Refused to give me corporate number and told me “she not doing this today” her and her associate double team me and was going back and forth with me. I asked who was the manager she stated she was. So I told her to tell her associate to quit talking to me I’m not talking to him. He proceeds to let me know he heard our whole conversation. I’m like how u hear our whole convo if I’m on the phone with her. That’s invasion of privacy. He felt the need to keep jumping in my conversation despite latta being the manager and supposed to be handling it. They even threatened to call the police on me. When neither one can tell me how I was rude nor answer my original question. Why my charges were cheaper last week than this week. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF EVERYTHING WHEN GETTING A CAR HERE....
I never use Enterprise unless it's dealing with a wreck.. Someone hit my car and their insurance company got me a car with Enterprise at this location. The guy came and picked me up, we had a good conversation, went in to get my car gave them my information, went to look at the car u know other places are like no dents bigger than a 50 cent piece so I made sure of that I get in & it smells like smoke & wasn't on full. But he lied about the smoke smell and said that's just the way the car smells & I had to endure the smell while driving the car me and my child... FAST FORWARD I DROPPED THE CAR OFF WHERE MY CAR WAS GETTING REPAIRED AT NOT DOING A WALK AROUND OR ANYTHING AND NOW A WEEK LATER I GET AN EMAIL SAYING THE CAR HAS HAIL DAMAGE.. EXCUSE ME ... IT HAILED ON 4/9 I had that car on the 15 through the 18th maybe the 14th.. I've never in my life looked for hell damage on a car and I've rented 40 cars... I think they were mad I didn't get any extras and wanted to show me a lesson... CHECK FOR SMALL DENTS & ETC..then the pictures they sent me they used a light to verify it had dents how tf imma see that if yall had to use a light

Don't bother hiring a car anywhere else in Dallas. The team at this Enterprise branch are professional, courteous, and will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a positive and comfortable experience. Ask for Gabe -- he was so helpful! When I ran into a little bit of trouble, he made certain that I was taken care of.
