Don't bother hiring a car anywhere else in Dallas. The team at this Enterprise branch are professional, courteous, and will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a positive and comfortable experience. Ask for Gabe -- he was so helpful! When I ran into a little bit of trouble, he made certain that I was taken care of.

Wade has been such a pleasure to work with. Always going above and beyond for me. I've been renting from this enterprise for a few months now, and he's always made sure I've had a great experience. Although, I wish this location had more cars to choose from, Wade always makes sure I get the best of what he has on the lot. So thank you, Wade

This enterprise does not have many cars to choose from. That does not stop me from giving this location a 5 star rating, and it’s all thanks to Wade! He’s always been amazing and I really hope you all get your rental from him

Reserved a vehicle on my bill too account, arrived at the location and was informed by Ali that they did not have a vehicle for me and if I was to upgrade to a large SUV I would have to pay the difference. I stated I will not be paying for a upgrade when I i had a reservation for a Small car, additionally I am eligible for a free upgrade due to my platinum status. It took calls from the corporate office and 4 hours later for me receive my vehicle. The situation set of a avalanche of situations including soldiers being late for flights, etc. It became a logistical nightmare, I was promised points and compensation by the corporate office however to no avail nothing. Ali went on to say well ma'am if you cant afford it then I don't know what to tell you, the territory and district manager called and Ali became short with them as well.

Came to this Enterprise because the ones at the airport was very busy. This Enterprise was beyond amazing and accommodated our needs. Tangela provided amazing customer service when checking in our rental. She did a thorough car check, listened to our concerns, even caught some items that we almost forgot. It's the little acts of kindness that really does it. Thank you, Tangela !

After 2 cancelled reservations from other locations and calling around to several Enterprises to find an available car, Gabe made my day much better. He was very understanding, helpful and kind. I'll definitely return to this location for any future rentals.

Reserved the car online and arrived to pick it up. Only to find out that they do not have it available. We wanted economy but Ali suggested the truck (only thing available)Also be ready for 300$ credit deposit he tells you at the last minute of renting the vehicle. It was apparent if the the card declined we have to wait 24 hours for the card to be used.He was not informative and he lacked the customer service skillsHe had not so pleasant demeanor

TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been successful in the customer service industry for over 40 years, so you can say I am as close to an expert as they come. And as good ol' fashioned, Texas bred customer service gets rarer and rarer, ANY example of good customer service NEEDS to be recognized. Gabe at this Enterprise location sets such a high bar when it comes to not just customer service, but a genuine desire to exceed expectations. An ol' coot like me sure can learn a thing or two from an extreme customer service professional like Gabe. Kudos to Enterprise for having such a GREAT customer service representative like Gabe! (Enterprise should think seriously about putting someone like Gabe in a management training position so that his success is duplicated over and over again.)

Update to review posted last week:I think this issue deserves more than just an emailed form letter type response. Clearly, this response is meant to placate the customer, without addressing the real problem.Although, admittedly, I am basing this on my single interaction. However, when reviewing many of the other reviews for this location, the problem appears to be ongoing, and has been for quite some time. Reply, “No, but I could give you a phone number to call (note: there were no other customers in the store). I re- explained I was desperate and needed to drive to Houston immediately and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Reply, “No, but I can give you a numberer to call.“

One of the worst customer Service experiences ever. An elderly family member was unexpectedly admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery in Houston. I live in Dallas and wanted to use a rental car to drive there as quickly as as possible. I called Enterprise Rent-a-car on Montfort Drive. I explained the situation and reserved a car. When I received the conformation, I Uber'd there. When I arrived, the guy told me "There are no cars available and I go somewhere else. Amazing customer service. I needed a bigger vehicle and Marvin spent all day finding one to fit all 3 of my kids. Then, I was running late and he stayed open a few extra minutes for me. Will definitely use this location again!
