Likewise easy to return.
Pickup & drop-off were both done well.

I had a great experience renting through enterprise. Customer service was extremely good and the rental process went very smoothly. I will definitely be renting with enterprise again in the future thanks to the Harry Hines location.

Completely forgot to get the guys name that helped me both times but he was phenomenal.
Truly been the best part of totaling my car / getting a rental car.
Was very communicative and helpful and made the whole process soooooo easy. I’m grateful.

Company's rental rates are almost same price with bus tickets for long trips. Instead of struggling with bus trips it's no brainer to get a 2024 car with clean interior for couple extra bucks.

The vehicle was damaged. The car was not washed. The mileage was high for a rental. The vehicle was an older model. Customer service could have been better. Once returning the vehicle the employee was extremely helpful and courteous.

We went to get a rental car that we needed due an accident with our own car, and Francisco helped us a lot to resolve our situation, very professional and attentive, helping us a lot and offering us a great car. They should promote Francisco for being so competent. We will definitely return there if we need another car.

I called and made a reservation. When I arrived, they said they don’t have the car I booked. However, they had a different car that would be an upcharge. Don’t let them waste your time.

I had a horrible experience but I must say this was the only location with someone that offered to help me. The GM was awesome and actually made things right when I had so many issues go on with my process. The other locations I called I would give them zero stars if I could and Enterprise in general is definitely on the top of my "Don't rent from again" list right now. I've called customer service and was offered no help when I had a vehicle that was having mechanical issues and called around to several locations with zero help even drove around to different locations after being told that they had a replacement car for me only to arrive to nothing. You would think that they would search inventory and find a location with a car for me and reserve it for me or put one on hold one of the first ones that come in if they didn't have any at that time but instead I was pushed away and given no help until I spoke with Fernando at this location. He was awesome and very helpful and made the process so much better.

i have got the worest customer service in this area. after we are waiting for an hour and when we asked him how long we have to wait to he make ready the car. he told us to go another shop and cancelled our reservation

I have never been so satisfied with a rental car.
In particular, I have used this branch several times since the company I work at is nearby.
James proceeded and explained things in a consistently friendly manner from beginning to end. Even though my friend asked many questions and took up a lot of time, he did not feel uncomfortable at all and answered all the questions sincerely.
I would like to recommend James as an employee trainer because I know that there are very few people working in a rental car service with this attitude.
Once again, I would like to thank James so much for his kindness!!
