The team was very helpful! they got my reservation switched over to a location closer to my house, pick up was smooth and the car was great! the employee who picked me up, Sam, was very friendly and helpful. when I dropped off the car, I left my work parking pass in the vehicle and didn't realize until I had gotten home, one of the employees Lee Curtis stayed after his normal working hours to help me recover it. great staff and a good experience!

Kayla and Alex deserve 10 stars each for their wonderful and amazing customer service!Kayla was able to provide upgrade and she was so kind and professional during my walk through of my rental. When I returned rental, Alex was eager to help and his customer service was exceptional. They both made my first time renting a rental car such a smooth and great experience. I HIGHLY recommend this location! Kudos to Kayla and Alex! Thank you again for all your help

I had an amazing experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Harry Hines, thanks to Alex and Syed. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and found the perfect car for my needs. While there was a minor snafu when contacting the store by phone, it was quickly resolved. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience at Enterprise on Harry Hines and would definitely recommend them.

The manager Francisco Raul was incredibly rude. They unfairly charged us for a mistake their system made even though i worked extra to accommodate them. It's been a month and I'm still waiting on a refund their customer service said i would receive. When i called again to check on the refund the manager became super defensive when he was caught in a lie. This location is horrid. They do not have a key drop off because the manager said he wouldn't feel safe with one. They will try to gaslight you if they mess up on anything. I have documented proof and calls that verify my story.

Waited for about 20 minutes to talk to a representative and they cancelled call within a minute. Edited from here: I am unable to reply to your comment. Hence, edited here. I appreciate your quick response. My ticket number mentioned in the email. I had planned to rent a car today, and as a result, I had to use Uber to commute to my office tomorrow, incurring personal expenses. On Saturday, I received a call from your office confirming that my rental vehicle would be available today. However, when I called around 4:50 pm, I waited for approximately 19 minutes in the automated call system, answered an employee's questions, and was subsequently disconnected. Unfortunately, I have not received any further calls or messages since then. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have emailed the ticket number to the provided email - SP

CHARGED $130 IN FEES!! And I never received my deposit on top of those fees. I rented a car on saturday because my car needed to be taken to the dealership for maintenance. I told this locations associate I would be back later that day. They did not inform me that they would be closed at 1pm, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten a rental. Another huge JOKE is that my rental agreement says to return on SUNDAY? Guess what they are closed on sundays. I left the car parked there with no way to return keys so I called customer service and I was told I would not be charged for returning the keys at a later date. Mind you this entire time the car is literally parked right out front. So I'm missing $180 because this location has no idea wtf they are doing so if you are looking for rental go to ANY OTHER LOCATION or dont even use enterprise at all. My husband and I spoke on the phone with the store and the associate we talked to was extremely uncooperative and refused to help us and then redirected us to customer service because they cannot process refunds. I shouldn't have to get a refund for something I should have never been charged for. And if you're wondering why I didn't return it immediately? They were closed and I live an HOUR AWAY. Gas doesn't grow on trees. I'm going to be missing a bill because I have to wait for their regional manager to call me and process the refund.

Excellent customer service, my best car rental experience in many years. I recommend them 100%. Customer service in Spanish is also excellent. All the rental companies are good, especially Francisco.

Shoutout to Chris, Alex, Sam(?) and Austin at this location for making sure I had the car I wanted….trying to get a car right before Christmas is a smidge challenging when you’re needing a larger suv but they made it happen and were more than accommodating in the process. Will definitely do business at this location again in the future. Thanks a ton!

I have never in my 46 years on planet earth had a worse experience trying to rent anything. It started with them not having the car I reserved two full weeks ahead of time available (this DESPITE them calling me the night before and confirming my arrival time) and not being able to give me an ETA on when it WOULD be available, and just went downhill from there. I spent more than 30 minutes answering questions I'd already answered when I reserved the non-existent car, and being asked ridiculous questions like "why are you renting the car?" and "do you own a car?" When you have a 12 hour trek ahead of you, you do NOT want to sit around waiting for a dang car. THAT'S WHY I MADE A RESERVATION! Absolutely unacceptable.Before you say, "That's standard practice," I'd like to point out that I walked off the street into Hertz a couple of miles up the road and had keys in my hand within 7 minutes. I timed it. No reservation. No ludicrous questions. Showed my license and proof of insurance, signed the form, and was on the road in seven minutes.If you want to rent a car in this area, do yourself a favor and go see Gabe at Hertz instead.

UPDATE: Despite having submitted proof of duplicate charges Enterprise still refuses to refund me their fraudulent toll charges. They have charged me for tolls I have already paid through NTTA. Be very leery of using their rental service due to their deceitful practice of gouging customers where they can.Enterprise refuses to refund me toll fees I have already paid through NTTA. I have provided them with proof of registering their rental car to my NTTA account and three months of NTTA statements showing every toll booth passed through. BE VERY LEARY OF USING ENTERPRISE!!! I will NEVER use Enterprise again and will instead use AVIS, Budget, anything else!!!
