Mr. Justin ( I think this was his name) was really helpful. He helped me with all the rental process. Vehicle was really clean and in good condition. Overall it was a great experience.

Horrible experience. When I asked questions about insurance covering the coast the employee said “I don’t work for your insurance company”.. extremely rude and unprofessional. Second thing, the car they gave me is DISGUSTING and smells like old wet towels. When I wiped off the steering wheel with a hand wipe, it came off black. Horrible location

While here in Texas I had to get a rental after my car was totaled. This enterprise went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They put up with my attitude and still kept a smile! Awesome customer service! I would recommend this place over and over and over! Thank you for making this horrible experience in texas much more bearable!!!!

I would usually recommend this location but not if you are using your insurance to cover the bill. went in and ask what was available and was given a list of options until i mentioned this is due do and accident and they would be paying, then they change to there was nothing available. Highly disappointed in this location after this visit.

Every time I get a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car it's clean inside and out the staff is very nice and polite and respectful and very helpful especially the one off of Jupiter road in Northwest highway I just want to say thank you

THE BEST rent-a-car experience I've ever had!! The lication in Garland,Tx ( NWHwy) was out of my requested SUV catagory cars. The young lady on the phone diligently went looking for 1, found it from another location within 1 hr & had it ready for me. I got to experience driving a new Audi Q5 for the duration of my car's repair. No hassel from Enterprise when the repair took a little longer than anticipated. Upon returning, the young man meeting me in their lit was upbeat, super friendly & very polite.I had a wonderful, positive customer service experience all around.Thank you Enterprise!!!

Mr. Nelson was rude and avoided us and racist left us in the heat .when we went outside to expected the car it was damage that wasn’t reported. He left us outside and said figure out if you want to drop it off . We went inside proceeded to wait for him to acknowledge us that he was going to continue to finish the drop off process . When he came out from the back office he saw us sitting there and look at us and then went and took two other customers that just walk in . Then never came to back to help I went to another worker soon as I was the other lady help us Nelson wanted to starting helping he wasn’t busy when he took on the customer he was not professional at all I would never rent or recommend renting at this location on North highway

Soooo disappointed in Enterprise. Rented a mid sized SUV for an out of town BUSINESS trip. En route to our destination the vehicle started making a popping noise near wheels as right or left turns were made. Stopped at Colorado Springs Airport to make an exchange. They refused to help us citing they couldn't make way for a vehicle exchange (even after we had already spoken to Enterprise Roadside Assistance to advise them and they had directed us to nearest Enterprise location where they said they RESERVED a vehicle exchange for us). Waited around 3 hours for a Supervisor to contact us due to the trouble ticket having been escalated due to this being a serious issue of dealing with car trouble. Never heard from anyone. We apprehensively and cautiously slow driving made our way a little further to our final destination. Contacted Roadside Assistance again to advise still waiting to hear from a Supervisor. Employee assisted us to contact closest Enterprise location in Steamboat Springs. Employee advised SOONEST to exchange a vehicle wouldn't be until Friday ( mind you, we were only on Tuesday). So CAUTIOUSLY continued to drive troublesome vehicle around our destination as we had no other choice. Went in Friday to make exchange and vehicle was not big enough to accommodate our 4 passengers and 6 pc of luggage even after having advised ahead of time how much vehicle room we were needing. Didn't make exchange but advised by employee that en route to returning back home on Sunday we might want to stop at Denver Airport to see about an exchange. Stopped at Denver airport and Manager proceeded to explain that reservations are made months in advance and he may not have any exchange vehicle available for us....he was reluctant at first to help us. After I explained to him the EXTREME disappointment I had in Enterprise through this entire ordeal, and how I didn't see the company taking liability seriously in assisting customers with mechanical issues on their rental vehicles during a trip did it seem he was more apt to helping us. He was able to make an exchange for us and in a vehicle equipped to hold everything. Although we were FINALLY given an exchange vehicle..even though it was too little too late as we were already returning home, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Enterprise Rental Car's reliability when it comes to depending on them to assist customers who encounter mechanical issues with their Rental vehicles. I'd hate to think what would've come of had we been involved in a car accident or even left deserted on a 2 lane road in the middle of nowhere!!

I have needed to rent 2 vehicles recently while my vehicle is having work done. Both occasions I explicitly stated I needed a vehicle that can seat 6 people, only to arrive and they at 1st try to put me in something that will only seat 5. Both times they have got me a vehicle to suit my needs without additional cost. I haven't had any other issues.
