Amazing experience at the PVD location! Worked with John, Zack, Steven, and Alejandro. Flight got in extremely late and they all made the process very smooth. They were all extremely professional and helpful.

FALSE DAMAGE CLAIMS! BEWARE! this location is known to claim damage on vehicles falsely (read other 1 star reviews). I have been a enterprise member for 10 years and never had an issue. I rented from this location for less than 24hrs and when returned was given the OK that vehicle was in good shape. I then received an email 2 months later that there was damage to the roof from hail. When I drove the car (for only half a day) it was sunny and dry. They reported $1920 worth of "hail damage" to the roof. completely made up. When I called the associate they said the car was rented out within hours of me returning and no repairs were needed due to no damage, but then send an email 2 months later with a claim $1920 worth of "repairs". this location scams many people judging by the reviews and they will report the car for fraudulent damage claims. I will no longer be using enterprise for any car rentals from this point forward and will make sure to pass this message along to all to NOT rent from a company that engages in criminal practices on innocent people. Enterprise should be ASHAMED of themselves for taking advantage of others and continuing to spread lies about their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. Not only do they charge the most out of all the other car rental options out there but they will make sure you pay extra*** for choosing them.

Extremely disappointed with all the hidden fees that were associated with this rental. What started as a $92/day rental for 5 days totaled nearly $1,000 upon return of the vehicle. I was rushed through the entire process using the kiosk at the pick up location and when I asked questions, I was told to just hit the next button. Upon return, I was shown a small screen and was then asked do I agree with this amount of nearly $1,000... how can you agree or disagree when you can't even understand what is being said and shown to you. Very disappointed. I choose Enterprise because of the great service I have received in my home town of St. Louis... but in Dallas, I will definitely explore the other options.

The shuttle from the airport in Dallas Texas to the car rental counter, was quick and pleasant. The agents were friendly, professional and moved the line quickly. Suv clean and comfortable.

I had reserved my car 2 weeks out and as a time got closer for the day that I had reserved it they kept in contact with me trying to see if I wanted to check in when I got to the office for the rental cars they quickly found my reservation and in less than 10 minutes I was out of there with my rental they let me choose which rental I wanted and it was pretty easy to to use the Enterprise rental I've always reserved with Enterprise and I always like their service.

After placing a reservation for a vehicle a month ago. I arrived in Dallas to find out that they would not accept my company's corporate card for payment because it didn't have my name on it. I was forced to use my personal card and no longer have funds to pay for food or gas. I was here a few months ago and didn't have any issues with using the same card. The employee knew what company I worked for before I even handed them the card because when he pulled up my reservation it showed my employer. There was a complete lack of human empathy from the employees at this location. I offered to call my company's corporate office as well as my manager. To prove that im approved to use the card. There is no reason the card could not have been used.

They made sure that I was aware of the posted directions on getting back to the rental center. They encouraged me to take a photo of it Most of the time, that information isn't posted on the materials. That relieved me of one of my challenges on returning my vehicle.

Checking in at the DFW airport was very cumbersome, took an hr to drive out the lot. System & technical issues were facing. Therefore in order to be a loyal enterprise customer please consider giving voucher of a one-day free & complimentary rental of same type vehicle.
