It’s an okay location with plenty of parking and it has all the equipment you need. Biggest problem is No Dry Sauna !!! Also it does get very crowded at times

This rating is not for the staff as they are very friendly and accommodating. The location needs a drastic renovation as it does not fit the luxury gym brand. Equinox Corporate needs to take a look at fixing up this location especially with the Preston location closing.

Overly busy, especially at the price point. In need of better layout or more space, especially for weights.Overall, this location doesn't represent the brand well.

Very nice place. The employees take care of the members like you wouldn't believe. Fresh towels, top of the line equipment in working order overall a very efficient operation

The assistant manager is a walking disgrace. I don’t understand how she was even hired. You cannot treat people like that laughing in their face and highly unprofessional. You all lost a wonderful influencer who was genuinely excited to promote this place and you messed up.Peypal Girl

Equinox Highland Park, while draped in the familiar hues of the Equinox brand, falls dismally short of the standards set by its counterparts. The attempt to conceal its deficiencies with a recognizable facade is but a feeble disguise for a gym that seems frozen in time. The layout exhibits poor planning, marked by dead spaces and outdated equipment that bear witness to neglect. The antiquated furniture and aging bathrooms further contribute to an atmosphere that fails to resonate with the modern and sophisticated image synonymous with Equinox. In contrast to the meticulous design showcased by Equinox Plano and the upscale allure exuded by Equinox River Oaks, Highland Park stands as a glaring exception. It is not an appeal for replication of the glamour of New York or California but a plea for a fundamental upgrade in aesthetics and functionality. This establishment appears to exploit its prime location, assuming members will overlook its shortcomings. Yet, a closer examination reveals a stark contrast to other esteemed Equinox clubs. The time has come for Highland Park to shed its dated image and undergo a revitalization that befits the brand's commitment to excellence. In doing so, the club would not only honor its members but also align itself with the refined standards set by Equinox establishments elsewhere.

They closed the Preston hollow location so now all those members come to this location and it’s super crowded

Extremely unprofessional staff. I highly recommend customer service training. And to your assistant manager, girl, God don’t like ugly. And your behavior was very, very ugly. I was considering this gym but I can’t bring myself to waste my money on such a hostile, hateful environment. I love the Equinoxes in NYC, but this location brings shame to the brand.

I am extremely disappointed by the way the assistant manager at this facility treated (YT influencer) Peyton Maree Charles. She was so excited to promote the gym and her amazing experience with her trainer Alex who she loved working with. However, when the assistant manager was rude to her and laughed at her face like an immature child that’s when my view of this establishment completely changed. I was hoping to someday join this gym but, now that I know that they hire horrible unprofessional staff members like that, I cannot support a company like this.

I considered this because it is close to my house. However, I recently watched an influencer who had a terrible experience with this gym. The sad part is, she spoke very highly of this gym up until she was disrespected by the assistant manager. I’ll take my money some where it is appreciated.

Your management needs both customer service and leadership training. For the rates you charge, members should always have a top tier experience. People work too hard for their money to not have pleasant experiences when spending it.

I follow an influencer by the name of Peyton Charles who initially gave glowing remarks about Alex and the gym, but recently had an encounter unprofessional employee ,assistant manager . She stated the employee basically profile her and was extremely rude and even mocked and laugh at her complaints. I was very close to joining this gym. I need to get healthy and Peyton made is sound like paradise and worth the prices. But after her final review is sounds elitist and doesn't care about the customer experience. Peyton did mention the GM tried to smooth things, ( should have, she was paying a grip for membership and a personal trainer) but to no avail. And there still has not been an apology. Do Not Join this gym . LA fitness here I come

Not sure if it’s the owners or management of the building. However, they have no consideration for the surrounding neighbors. This morning at 3:30 AM they had crews back there doing what appeared to be power washing of the parking lot. It was extremely noisy and loud for well over an hour. They tend to have their landscapers blowing leaves at four and five in the morning and sometimes late at night their employees are in the parking lot talking at all hours of the night. I don’t know how their gym services are, but they are disrespectful to their fellow residential neighbors.
