I ordered equipment on friday 13th, October. I was contacted by the seller business in upstate NY the next monday, it was shipped out tuesday 17th. 3 days later, it arrived in Grand prairie, tx. it sat there a week because their unlaoders were sent home several days before unloading my stuff. it was moved to their delivery facility in Dallas and has been there a week. the estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed back. i have estinated jobs based on these dates and when ive been told the delivery would hsppen. I have now lost several jobs over their inability to deliver a 195 lb piece of euipment. this is rediculous!!! id give them 0 stars, however the lady over the phone at the grandprairie warehouse was kind, and at least it made it to Tx.today is October 30thi have worked warehousing, shipping & recieving. this company is either unorganized or doesnt know what they are doing.

Bad company to haul your merchandize. Very unprofessional, they lost 2 pallets coming from Laredo, Tx to Dallas 3 days ago, these are 2 (24x48x72) pallets, After complaining to them about loosing our boxes they lied about looking at the cameras 2 days ago. When I talked to the office mgr. (Aubrie) she said they just started looking today. Meantime I lost the sale of some items today.

Honestly would give less than 1 star if I could. First the delivery driver delivered the oven, left it sitting in the parking lot in the rain. Refused to bring it inside, or out of the rain. I called Estes, they sent the driver back to bring the item inside and he never showed up. We had to pay a moving company $350 to bring the oven inside, only to realize it was the wrong item and damaged !!! They picked up this a few days later. It’s now been 3 weeks. They tried to deliver the oven one time after assuring me there would be no issues and it would be brought inside. The driver again refused to bring it inside. I was told that it would be delivered AGAIN last night and they never showed. We will see if I ever recieve my oven and what type of damage is done to it when I do.

So long story short, they were very unresponsive, delivered my shipment late, showed up unprepared to unload (no dolly), made us unload it, and then sent a surprise bill after the fact. Shipment arrived ok.
