Our go to pre-owned luxury vehicle dealership. We have purchased 2 cars from this lot. Sam is the owner and he is honest and will give you the best deal possible on a car. They are expanding and will have a bigger lot soon for more inventory.

Could not ask for a better car buying experience. Sam made it an incredibly easy process. And above that, when the car had some troubles, he didn’t hesitate to make sure the car is going to be taken care of. 10/10 and more than anyone can expect walking into a car dealership these days.

I bought a used Audi from them about 6 months ago. I didn't get halfway home and the check engine light came on. The traction light will come on and off. I took it and had the oil changed and the front end alignment done. I just got it home from another shop and spent another 1100.00 on repairs. They told me it would take 6000.00 to repair everything it needs. Also found out that it had been in a wreck and I wasn't informed of that. All I want is my money back or another vehicle that is safe. I live on a fixed income and I'm not happy.

After searching for cars through my AAA app (TrueCar), I found a gem: a 2008 Acura MDX. We visited the dealership on Saturday to check it out + test drive and I actually wasn't going to purchase due to cosmetic issues on the vehicle but after thinking it over throughout the weekend, I had my mechanic meet me back due to the smooth ride and tempting price. There were just a few things that needed to be repaired/replaced based on his report. Human was a breeze to negotiate with after I informed him of those issues and took me up on my first offer. I made a deposit on the car, received a receipt, and came back the same day to pick it up. I was out within 45 minutes and they even fixed an issue I brought to their attention during the negotiation process. I would've appreciated the car to be a bit more clean and detailed on the interior but I'm happy with my (new to me) smooth ride. I'll definitely be coming back for my used car needs and will recommend this dealership to others.

Horrible experience. I text an offer (8k cash, for a vehicle listed for $11,999) to the number provided, and received a smiley face and thumbs up in return, but was laughed at (he literally told me he was laughing at me) when I called to tell him I was on my way from Oklahoma. I’m really glad I didn’t make the drive to Dallas. Take your business elsewhere. Apparently they think it’s funny to waste your time. ****Their response should be enough evidence to show how they really feel about your time and earning your business***

I went to look at a car twice & did not receive any help. One time I went out on a Saturday afternoon & 2 salesman’s was outside talking & kept looking at me. Never even spoke. Now I see y cars stay on the lot for several months not sold. Nonchalant attitudes of staff

I would like to leave a comment/review regarding the business practice of European Automotive Center in Dallas, TX. My name is ***** *. *******, and my son's name is ****** *. ********. My son needed a bigger vehicle to support his family. My son elected to trade in his 2019 Jetta SE in exchange for a 2014 BMW X6 from EAC (European Automotive Center). I decided to test drive the BMW (as is), and there were no apparent problems, from my full evaluation of the vehicle. After me and my son decided to purchase the vehicle, ****** took the vehicle to a BMW dealership, and have the service professional there, give a full 3-point inspection of the vehicle. To our surprise, we receive a report from BMW, that the vehicle had the following issues: major oil leak, damaged cylinder head. an engine that was coated with oil, worn-down rotors and brakes, damaged coolant pipe, radiator hose, and thermostat hose, and cracked thrust rod bushings. BMW further suggested that the vehicle basically needed a new engine. So EAC sold me and my son a Lemmon. The other issue that I experienced with EAC, is the business practice of their trade in/payoff process. EAC had absolutely no problem receiving a check from the Credit Union of Texas, to payoff the 2014 BMW X6 (less than two business days), but when it came to EAC sending Volkswagon a check to pay off the 2019 Jetta SE, it took EAC a total of 30 days to payoff the Jetta SE. EAC had several deadlines to pay off the Jetta within 10 days of the payoff quote from Jetta, and Sam H********* (owner of EAC) failed to do so, As a result, the payoff quote from Volkswagon changed each time. When Sam noticed the payoff price change, he had a serious problem with that. Sam seemingly did not understand that the payoff from Jetta will accrue interest, if Sam did not pay Jetta on time. As consumers, me and my son did not understand why Sam would take his time to payoff a vehicle. The Credit Union of Texas made their payoff of the 2014 BMW X6 in no time (electronically). Mr. H********* then attempted to explain to us that his process of paying off vehicle, is by mail only. This was very frustrating to hear, because it put ****** in a position to literally make another car note payment on a vehicle he no had (the 2019 Jetta SE). Mr. H********* ended up giving my son money out of his pocket, to make a car note payment on the Jetta, to keep Volkswagon from reporting a delinquency to the three major credit reporting agencies. And then after we learned that Volkswagon (at the time) still had no received a check from Sam H********* to pay off the Jetta SE, my son ended up having to make another car note payment on the Jetta, to keep Volkswagon from reporting a delinquency on our credit reports. And finally, Volkswagon received the check for the total cost of the Jetta from Sam. As it pertains to the damaged engine for the 2014 BMW X6, Sam finally decided to have that engine replaced by another engine that had considerably more mileage than the originally damaged engine.
