Rude employees at QDOBA I ask the lady that was working at QDOBA for 2 chicken bowls with white rice when she put the rice in the bowl it had something orange in the white rice when I asked her what it was she ignored me so I ask her again she ignored me finally she say what are you talking about it was right on the top but she pretended she didn’t know what I was talking about when i showed it to her she picked it out with her hands and throw it to the side than I noticed something was missing from her setup so I ask what’s missing she ignored me so I asked again finally she say pickled onions so I say do you have any she say no that’s why it’s empty she finish making my 2 bowls and started making my granddaughter bowl her coworker came out and she asked her to ring me up I let this lady know that I was paying for my granddaughter bowl too they had already closed her bowl before she was done telling them what all she wanted my granddaughter say that’s not all I want in my bowl and the lady say you don’t have to get an attitude and I say hey don’t talk to her like that my granddaughter was not rude she just say that’s not all she wanted in her bowl she haves kidney failure and standing there with a walker trying to get lunch nobody wants to deal with a rude employee both employees started yelling and talking crazy you what if people don’t want to work at the job they applied for than they should quit don’t apply to a customer service job if you don’t like dealing with people it’s part of the job people are going to talk to you and expect a response

Don't let the loyalty program influence you. It is a complete hoax and a lie. They have a million excuses as to why you didn't receive it and no matter who you contact, its the wrong office. Since 2023 I have spent $16,321.81 and I received a tiny fraction of the gift cards promised.

Main exchange has no inventory . Ask the supervisor when are they going to get I pad in or lap top she stated no ideal . Tried to order a bottle of liquor from the shopett fill out the order form A week ago no phone calls. Ask why no one calll me . She said to busy. Need new management here at Barksdale AFB . Why someone decided to do inventory on Tuesday closed allday . Why not on Sunday or after hours. Been here 26 years worst Christmas sell ever. Employee got upset at me for testing the men cologne . Don’t spray the cologne I am a grown man 64 years no one ever talk to me like that. Recommend customer service training to the employee. Manger need to re train employee. Need to improved decision on inventory days . Asap

Tried to take advantage of the AAFES/ Home Depot collaboration in Minot. Neither party had any idea what I was talking about. Home Depot had never heard of it and Minot AAFES said you just use your Military Star card like a credit card. Wrong. Home Depot denied it. Thanx AAFES....FOR NOTHING.

The AAFES/Exchange store at this location is inside a security fence and another check point and is intended primarily for employees.It is a small convenience store with snacks, drinks, and a few other things - most definitely not a "surplus store". Other Exchange stores are full fledged department stores and are located on military installations.

Worst Vendor on the Planet Bar None, and I shopped all over. There are bad ones but they don't survive, AAFES gets the prize, and it stays but really shouldn't! My purchase authorization was blocked without any clear reason or notification. When I tried to buy some items, charges were posted to my credit cards although the transactions didn't go thru and the orders couldn't be placed. All attempts to clear these pending charges for incomplete transactions were met by total indifference, incompetence, misinformation, total ignorance and ultimately refusal to correct the problems AAFES employees and system caused. This happened multiple times during a period of 2 weeks. The accounting system is totally faulty and unlike any other vendor's. Despite my military service of 27 years this is what I got from an entitled group of people who are paid despite poor performance, unpbespeakabe incompetence and rudeness. They don't have to earn it, they get paid and funded despite poor performance and loosing custome. AAFES Is characteristic of an organization that doesn't have to perform to exist. The title of "customer service representative" is a misnomer these people are neither customer friendly, nor service oriented, and they are definitely not reps. They are a collection of ignorant parasites on society. If one wants to get frustrated and infuriated one should try shopping on SHOPMYEXCHANGE, or call AAFES to buy something or correct a problem that they caused. AAFES is a DINOSAUR that should have been extinct long ago.

I am a retired veteran, I trued on 03/15/2023 to stayed at the Air Force Base Lodge in Homestead AFB Florida, this Lodge charged per night to retired veterans $170 dollars, we’re at more other Military Bases is much less, $100 per night is what costed me at Camp Lejeune, NC. I wonder why is almost double at AFB in Homestead?, thank you.

Don't work Lp for the Fort Meade Location. Bad management and since the Regional Manager hired them they can't ever do anything wrong its the fault of the people under them .Had several talks with my regional they were all my fault and would not blame her Golden Childs they couldn't ever do anything wrong they were perfect. If, you want to belittle and treated with no respect work at Fort Meade as LP!! If, your lucky they will curse at you!!

Called customer service spoke with, Gryfon B. And let me just say I have worked in the Customer Service field my entire life (40 years) and this young lady‘s customer service skills are phenomenal! Do not lose this employee whatever you do! She has earned her 5 stars and then some!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you Gryfon for getting back with my husband and I in regards to our daughters’ mattress, again, you did an exceptional job, going above and beyond! we wish they were more customer service representatives in the world like you keep shining your star/light so bright!
