Let’s talk about Sean for a minute. Yes, the one who is giving himself 5 stars. And making his girlfriend and friends do the same. Yeah, 80% of these reviews are fake and from people he knows. The three limousine reviews on here are true. My Brother was the amazing man taking care of Sean’s incompetence and broken vehicles. I was the one that had to pick my Brother up from the side of the road out all hours of the night. His name was Joshua. Yes, I said was. Sean is a scam and a complete fraud. His entire life is a scam and I lost my Brother in his manipulative ways, I will never be silent again. He has cars in everyone’s name, including my own family members. but none in his. He will scam you, then blame it on you. He is in debt to everyone and has a long criminal history. Avoid him at all costs.“ Update* Ask Sean about the police being at his home after Joshua passed away or all of the texts I have about his clients from my Brothers phone. Look him up in Collin and Denton County court.Oh and all of the reviews from Joshua, Sean, Megan, Colby, Mike or Brandy are all from him or people who at one time trusted him. Brandy is his girlfriend and Megan is my Sister.. YES, Sean leaves 5 star reviews for himself. And the reviews where he claims you were never a client,, if that.happened before 6/2022,, I have all the texts for those too. Since apparently any low review automatically leads to Sean claiming that you never rented from him. Well, I have the proof. Anyone who would like the information please reach out to me directly.Crypto Masters is also Sean. One of his many “businesses”. And his Grandma even left a review..New update as of 5/2023. I am now receiving harassing messages and comments on my deceased Brothers videos on my TikTok. I have had to block four accounts under Sean’s name at this point. Fun times!

Executive class rentals is easily the best luxury rental car experience you'll ever have. They've got an amazing lineup of vehicles and the owner Sean Is always easy to work with. I've rented the Corvette, Is the Bentley continental, The BMW 6 series And they were all fantastic. They delivered the car right to the airport and let me drop it off at my terminal. Do yourself a favor and call these guys 1st or book right on their website.

Hi my booking was paid and was cancelled at the last minute after trying to reach a live person to confirm. No working numbers and I started to worry . At 10pm last night the booking was cancelled due to mechanical issue . Said that he would process a refund last night with last four of card number . I followed up this morning and he asked me to take a picture of my ID held next to me to verify and send to him which I did not do when I had asked him for proof that he processed the refund . I filed a claim with my bank . I would not recommend this vendor . He left us high and dry and scrambling to find another service at the 12th hour and then did not process the refund or show proof that it was in processThis company has two companies Executive Class Limos and Executive Class Rentals . They are run by the same person .

DO NOT BOOK WITH EXECUTIVE CLASS RENTALS; they cannot be trusted! They have the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time! One of reference numbers (they sent 4 different ones) is 34521150, so Sean Matheis cannot say I am a fake review. Also Sean and his family reviewed the company, including Grammy, Sean, Executive Support and Brandy.The whole process had been a nightmare, honestly. I had to continuously follow up with Sean via email and text because the ride had not been confirmed and no driver information was sent. I couldn't book online either because their website wasn’t working. I was told by Sean I needed to text the number before calling. So on the night of the ride, the driver was supposed to pick up at 5:30PM. At 5:40, I call the company (who did not answer right away) and Brandy asked if we could push the ride to closer to 6:00PM because the driver was stuck in traffic. Then 6:00PM comes and goes and still no communication on the driver's ETA. At 6:45PM, the company tells me the driver won't be coming because he was going to arrive after 6:30PM so he turned around. I was asked if we could reschedule. Don't people hire limos for specific occasions that can't be rescheduled?!? Then there was no communication from anyone after the driver texted apologizing for turning around. Drew, the driver, showed a little courtesy here by apologizing. I only received silence from Executive Class. 4 kids under 8 years old were so excited the whole day and were waiting out in the cold for an hour for the limo to arrive. Every car that drove by they thought was the limo.I kept calling and texting Sean the next day for him to finally call me back that afternoon because he was in meetings all day. If he was in a training on customer service, that would have made more sense. No apology was given by Sean until the very end of the call. The company, after I pushed them, was going to give my family a ride a few days later without me. Again, no confirmation email was sent and I was told at 4:30PM the following day that I needed to set an appointment to call because Sean was tied up until 9PM. When following up on if everything was confirmed, I was told "Relax boss you're going to give yourself a heart attack with so much anxiety and stress. I have the info, it's take care of". What?!? I need to relax and basically stop calling because everything has been handled? I shouldn't have to call and text over and over because that's what Executive Class Limos should have done!I can't trust Sean Matheis and Executive Class Rentals and so I cancelled the upcoming ride.PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED. THE BUSINESS NEEDS TO CLOSE.

For those of you that just want a summary, my family was supposed to look at Christmas lights and 4 little kids went to bed extremely sad because the limo never showed up.The whole process had been a nightmare, honestly. Also, the 469-423-9881 phone number does not work. I was told by Sean I needed to text the number before calling. So on the night of the ride, the driver was supposed to pick up at 5:30PM. Hats off to Executive Cass Rental! Great customer service, communication with staff member was terrific. A Great selection of Beautiful Luxurious cars and very clean! I highly recommend Executive Class Rentals!!!

RIP OFF!My wife and I made a reservation for a limo from Executive Limo, paid the $100 deposit. We got a text message the day of the reservation that said they would be at our place for pick up at 4:30... no one showed. Tried to get someone on the phone, either no one answered at first (peak time, we get it), or left us on hold and ended up hanging up on us. Finally (after random text sending us different numbers to contact) talked to a gentlemen that claimed we were contacted for final payment, not true... We even (after the fact) have phone records proving this wasn't the case, no one EVER contacted us for payment. We assumed due to the text, we would see the limo at the reserved time and pay final payment then. Guy on the phone was more worried about searching thru terms and conditions than fixing a problem, we prepaid for a limo, we got a text to expect the limo, so we expected the limo.... NOPE! Then the solution was either they send a limo one and half hours later (we already had reservations and couldn't do that) or we cancel, he put me on hold and never came back to the call. Then when emailed the company direct to Sean (the owner), never got a response. Emailed again, never got a response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Had a chance to make it right by refunding our $100 deposit, and Executive Limo chose to ignore us and the situation. (This is a true account of the events that happened, and we have proof on all claims made above)...

This business is a total scam. Sean, the owner, Has employees that are trading rental cars for laptops and drugs. DO NOT GIVE THEM UR PERSONAL INFO! OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! U WILL GET SCAMMED!

0 stars! Terrible experience with this company! Do not book. I was part of the group of 15 who flew from out of state and experienced Sean Matheis' sorry excuse of what he calls his business.We received a bad product: a 25 person party bus with no working. Due to the back and forth and even stopping at an Autzone to resolve the issue, we missed 90% of the wedding ceremony we flew in for and were ultimately left stranded in the middle of the trip. We were forced to find our own accommodations for the rest of the night for all 15 of us which included Ubering and booking with another company last minute.Sean was incredibly rude and made a stressful situation even worse. Instead of working to resolve the situation he put the blame on us telling us that we "asked his driver to stop at autozone and didn't just suck it up for the 45 min drive."This could have ALL been avoided had they provided us with a bus with a working air conditioner.This matter is still ongoing as they are refusing to refund us.Stay away!

Visiting from NJ, me and my family (group of 15+) booked this company under my cousin's name for a wedding on 8/26/22. AC was not functioning properly (inside of the bus was around 78-80°) which Executive Class Rentals will say is "standard" for the amount of people in the bus. Not acceptable. Don't book through this company. Find someone else. They will claim this is fake but I have the photos to prove everything!

Please stay as far away as you can from this limo service. Me and a group of 15+ from out of state booked this service for a wedding. We booked service for 11 hrs. The bus picked us up at the hotel at 1:46pm on 8/26. When entering the bus a couple people noticed that the AC was not cold. The drive said once we closed the door and began driving it would get colder. 10-15 minutes into the drive it was getting extremely hot in the cabin. We asked why the AC wasn't working and the driver said he was trying to figure it out. It got to the point where some, including one with a heart condition and high blood pressure started to feel faint and dizzy. We asked the bus driver if he can stop so we can get some fresh air. He done suggested that we would stop at a local AutoZone so he can buy Freon to put into the AC. He said it would take no more than 10 to 15 minutes which was plenty of time to get back on the road to make it to the ceremony which was almost 50 minutes away. we asked them to call the owner of the company to see if there was another bus that he can send over to come pick us up. And they said that they were working on it. It took more than 45 minutes to get an answer from Sean and Brandy the owners of the company. At some point the bus driver said there was another limo that we can pick up 20 minutes north which made no sense because we were driving about 50 minutes south. at this point we had to send a small group of people including the one with the heart condition on an Uber so they wouldn't mess much of the ceremony. The rest stayed behind to try to figure out what to do and to see if there was another limo that can pick us up. There was no clear answer from Brandy or Sean. At this point we were told if we were to get on the bus it will drop us after the ceremony and another limo was to follow to pick us back up and take us from the ceremony to the reception hall which was 20-25 minutes away. We got to the ceremony we missed the I dos the whole ceremony pretty much and were there just to take a couple of photos with the bride and groom. bus driver left said it would be back in a couple minutes because they were meeting up with the other bus and a half hour passes and still no answer from the bus driver. At this point I get a call from Brandy and Sean on three-way claiming that if we didn't ask for the bus driver to stop we would've made it to the ceremony on time. Sean said he was on the phone with the driver at the time when I asked them to stop but they were the ones that had the idea of stopping at the AutoZone to put Freon in the AC. They were pointing the blame on us. I asked if they were sending another limo to pick us up because at this point the church closed its doors and we were left outside stranded with no limo nearby. Brandy said they could send one out but I couldn't guarantee what time it would be there. I asked for a refund. Brandy agreed because the service that we paid for was not for filled and unsatisfactory. She agreed to give me a refund, a couple of days go by and still haven't received a refund. Couple days later I get an email from Sean saying when the bus came back to the garage he did a temperature reading of the AC and the temperature read 70 to 80° which he consider a proper working AC. Are you kidding me?!? He then tried to make up an excuse that it was us that may have pushed the AC button off which is totally insane. And he said there was no valid reason why he should give us a refund. Please stay away from this fraudulent company!! When the owners of the company Brandy Bail and Sean Matheis have to write false 5 star reviews about here company to bump up their rating you know that this company is a shame. When the driver is sweating out of his shirt during the drive and him and his assistant asked us for cold water because of the extreme heat, that is more than enough reason to give me a refund. I even tried to reason with Sean to keep my $100 deposit to cover his gas expenses, and to refund me the rest, his Unprofessionalism and greed would not comp
