I had a great experience at this location. Maya was so incredibly helpful assisting me when I was deciding between pants. Absolutely was 5 star service on her end!

I visited this location today and I was extremely disappointed!!! We were shopping for my son's tuxedo for his prom and the sales people or helpers in that area were very rude . They were just staring with bad attitude.and the cashiers very rude ....what happen to youExpress !?!?! I don't think I will be returning anytime soon . Hopefully corporate in charge changes this.

Robin was tremendous! I needed a dressy/sexy black dress so I could see me struggling. We found a dress or two, then she mentioned some she knew were in the back and a bit daring. There's no way I could have found that myself! When trying on the dresses, she helped me realize I've been wearing the wrong size (pleasant surprise)! Checking out the associate discovered my profile was incomplete, so he helped me complete it. The last two locations I've shopped didn't bother.This Express location is a solid store, of course, due to quality clothing and variety, but what elevates it is staff like Robin and this associate. Management--please take note and take care of these folks!

Modern, sleek location with large selection (perhaps the largest in DFW) and very helpful staff. The store is bright, clean, and happy, and there are beautiful fitting rooms with impeccable lighting (my favorite are the full-sized fitting rooms at the end of the hallway with the benches inside). The fitting rooms even have electrical outlets and little phone holders!My only complaints are there isn't a dedicated clearance section—it is NorthPark, after all. Be forewarned: if you're looking for an item in clearance online and it says this store has it in-stock, chances are they won't be able to find it. I was looking for an item that was clearly in-stock (with multiple units) at the store, but after searching around, the associate told me the items must be in the back in boxes and they are unable to dig through the clearance boxes. Apparently, when full-priced items go on clearance, this store boxes them up and sends the clearance to other stores (because clearance is not for the NorthPark clientele, apparently). Clearly not a staff-level decision (probably a district/regional manager who decided that), but it makes it inconvenient for bargain hunters or college students like myself.To Corporate if you're reading this: do better. If an item is converted to clearance, please don't mark it "in-stock and ready for in-store pick-up" at the NorthPark Center location. That works for every other location with a dedicated clearance rack, but this store does not display its clearance and boxes it up in the back. Please fix this so you don't set false expectations.However, the staff is great and has helped me in the past with multiple courtesy exchanges, tricky transactions with multiple rewards and discounts, and replacing damaged items.

My husband and I are long time customers but this store locations is horrible. The customer service is none, the last 3 times we have been there no one has helped us after asking for help multiple times, we had to wait for line forever to checkout for a pair of jeans and we ended up leaving. Service is just rude and not helpful. The dressing rooms were super trashed and full of clothes. We like this brand, and we will keep buying from here but I do not recommend going to this one, it will literally damaged your customer experience. We’ll for sure not comeback again to this location. I just ended up buying the jeans online, since we literally tried a couple times to get them from this location.

came to Dallas for a formal event and came to Express for some clothes as Express is my go-to for all formal and casual attire. Online (including official NorthPark site) it says they open at 10am, but they weren’t open when I arrived at 10:30am. I asked an associate that was arriving to the store what time they open and he said 11am. I came back at 11:30am and the doors were still locked. The same associate came to the door to inform me and another prospective customer that the store will open at 12pm.This is unacceptable for a brand of this stature and reputation. It’s literally the only store “opening” at 12pm in the entire mall on a Friday.Get it together, please.

They got all varities of clothing that fit for all sizes, shoes, fancy jewellery and trial rooms. Guest WiFi passes your time while shopping with friends and group.

Don’t ever work at this location! They do not give employees their FULL check! I haven’t even worked at this place but I have a friend who has and she had over 1k missing from a check!! People have bills !! This is unacceptable!!!! This wasn’t even the 1st time either! Happened with 3 of her checks!!
