Was buy one get one free but they purposely mix clearance items in with the regular items. So when you checkout you have to go back and find a non clearance item to qualify for the deal. Then have to wait in the long line again, which most people don't want to do so end up making extra money off. Also, cashiers were slow and confused.Saw multiple cash transactions when register was not accepting cash, no change in drawers, empty. Some people did not recieve any change because of this if they payed in cash. No one wanted to wait for a manager that never showed up.

It seemed like they were short staffed when I visited, but Jesus and Kait were super helpful and made my trip fast & easy! I've worked in the hospitality industry myself, and I know how dealing with rude customers can be, especially these days. Keep up the good work!

I wouldn’t be surprised if Express store fronts don’t make it. 1) everything is cheaper online and Express policy is to not match in-store. 2) when you go to the store, the people working are the least bit friendly let alone helpful. Why would I spend more money just to be treated poorly? $100 for a shirt and the guy couldn’t be bothered to ask if I found everything okay or needed anything else.

I and maybe 3 other customers walking around the store. Not once did the young lady at the register acknowledge or speak as a matter of fact she never lofted her head from scrolling through her phone.2:45p 6/23 whoever she is needs a refresher course on customer service.

0 Stars. Horrible and totally lack of humanity & compassion from management. I fell in Dec 2022 & sufferd injury to my knee. The manager or man on duty left me on the floor crying offering no assistance not even asking if I was ok. I was helped up by my husband & went to seek medical attention where I suffered injury to my knee. My knee was bloddy, swollen, bruised and unable to put pressure on. Asked the manager to file an incident report he said there was nobody available and gave me a wrong number on a post it note. I was helped to the car. I have a fluid filled cyst and bone bruising. On crutches and knee brace for several weeks after injury. After x-ray, MRI & orthopedic doctor. Still going through physical therapy currently due to injury from fall. The Express store takes no responsibility & is a horrible company to allow customer's to lay alone on the floor after injury in their store. To fall get hurt and not offer any assistance. Inhumane and no compassion what is wrong with people?

I came here to pick up some clothes last minute for a wedding. They had it all. Suit fitted perfect.Jules an associate there really did amazing job helping me out. He happens to be a local music artist. His music and costumer service were top tier.

What a joke. Ordered store pickup for items online marked as in stock in this store. After being charged for the items and calling to confirm, I drove 20 miles to pick up my items. Upon arrival, I was told my order was still “processing” and would be ready the next day. I then went around the store looking for the items I ordered, only to not be able to find a single item. Not a single sales assistant offered to help. I asked why the items were marked in stock at this store online if they aren’t actually in the inventory- I was told “online always shows that”. I asked them to take inventory of the store so online would be correct. After all this, I canceled my order. I’ve been a long time express customer and have worked retail. Terrible experience.
