Quick and easy access to the facility. Elevators were a good size to fit large furniture in without too much of a challenge. Was very clean and orderly and they also provided little Dollie’s by the elevator to utilize as needed.

Update to my review from 10 months ago. I just moved out today 9/3. Brenda and Chris provide outstanding customer service. Over the past 1.5 years they have always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this extra space because of them

I’m a student at SMU, and this storage facility was super convenient and easy to access. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very understanding. The place was also clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to other students or anyone in the area!

We enjoyed are stay at Extra Space Storage on McKinney in Dallas. It is clean, well lit and well staffed. Brenda is an outstanding facility manager. She was available to us when we needed an assist. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and secure storage.

I’ve been with Extra Space Storage for three years and have had a wonderful experience. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have a question. I’ve never had a single issue during my time here, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend!
