Two things.
When a renown moving company asked about the destination of my move, I asked whether he had an opinion about Extra Space or Public Storage. He didn’t hesitate to answer Extra Space was better. His answer was consistent with the superior ratings Extra Space has over Public Storage.
Second, I came to visit the location on Lemmon Avenue. I’m taking the time to write this review bc of the store manager, James H. He’s fantastic. He’s super knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful when I came in person. The day before I came he was responsive on the phone.
Can’t recommend James H for Extra Space enough.
