Stay far away from this place! We only rented a storage unit for two months and it was completely overrun with rats. There was urine, droppings, and even dead rats inside. When we went to speak with management, they avoided us, claiming they were “too busy” showing units to new customers—and never came back to help. This place is disgusting and a total scam. Don’t waste your money!
Nothing was salvageable, and we’re now filing a claim in hopes of resolving this situation.

Do not come here if you do not value your valuables. This storage complex is a complete mess! My unites have been broken into 4 times in the last two years. Both units being targeted twice. When I talk to management, no answers are given, and if you ask for the higher ups number or email to contact them, they just ignore you. Will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and will be seeing what I can do to get different answers. It is just frustrating that my units keep getting broken into, and they just keep raising the rent. That’s not even mentioning the “climate controlled” units not even having functional air for almost two years.
