I moved my storage unit here a few months ago and I am SO glad that I did. I'm very impressed with the manager here and the facility itself. I got behind on my most current bill because my husband passed away. I called to talk to the manager and Bill was absolutely amazing. He was very compassionate and immediately went to work to see how he could help me. He put in a request to REDUCE my rate (previous facility would never have done this!) and called back less than 24 hours later to tell me it was approved! Not only that, but he also gave me a manager discount to eliminate the late fee from this month! What a blessing for me right now where everything else has been so difficult. I'm so appreciative of him and I highly recommend this storage facility.

Absolutely great service. Ask for DiWaylon!! He found a great space that fit my needs even though the type of storage I needed apparently wasn’t available. Spent a lot of time taking care of me. Months later I had a billing issue that he took care of no problem. He wants his customers happy and I highly recommend him and the facility!!!

I just made it to Dallas with a car full and needed to get things out quickly. Ariana who works at the front desk was AMAZING!!! she made sure she made the process quick and easy even after I needed to transfer units thank you so much, girl.
