I had the best experience ever today with J.Michael Duncan.
This morning I booked a storage unit by phone and when I went to the physical location, I realized that I had signed up at the wrong location. 🙁
Michael Duncan is the manager at the location I went to so then I was going to rent a unit at his location but it was more than I wanted to pay. Michael was sweet enough to look at all the Extra Space Storage locations on his computer to find me a unit that I could afford!! Then he proceeded to help me execute a new lease at the other location! His customer service skills saved me alot of time and frustration! Plus he has a super cool personality!!

Absolutely pleasant and awesome experience with Desmond. He was a very knowledgeable and accommodating young man. I described the items I needed to store and he gave me a perfect storage unit for my needs. Definitely recommend this location to everyone...

Great experience with Michael who took total care of us to get the right space. This facility is also immaculately clean and orderly. Very efficient process and Michael was a pleasure to deal with.

I've been keeping my things here for 5+ years and went in to see about moving into a smaller, less expensive unit. The manager (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to get me a better price. Fantastic customer service and any thoughts of finding another storage company have vanished

Do not even think about renting a storage unit at this location. They are more than 50% higher than other locations within 1 mile of them. And they raise rates every 6 months. You will save A LOT of money by checking out other storage locations within the same area.
UPDATE: Notice that in their response they offered nothing. The manager said all complaints are handled by each location and there is no senior management that can be contacted. Although I tried, I only received a phone call from a manager from a different location which was a waste of time.
