I have used storage here for several years and have never had a problem. I had to stop by today because I had lost my keys. Mr. Rodriguez was there today and he assisted me phenomenally. I was so stressed about not having my camping stuff before I left for a trip and he took care of me immediately. On a HOLIDAY, this man is here working and assisting customers. He needs a raise and time off immediately, this is an employee you don’t want to lose. Tony went above and beyond with his service today and it’s very clear that’s how he carries himself daily. 15/10

Over the past 5 - 6 years, I have been renting from Extra Space Storage facilities - first in Grand Prairie off Post and Paddock and more recently at this Preston Road location. I have found the service level to be top notch and consistent. Also provides the good value for the service and facilities they have. Highly recommend.
