The property is clean, the staff is professional, courteous, helpful and responsive. The rates are comparable, although we all want to pay less for things, the prices I believe are good. I'd recommend this location.

This afternoon I spent some time on the phone with Rose troubleshooting a situation.
She was incredibly helpful, thorough, and proactive. She was never frustrated or irritated by my questions, rather she was patient and kind taking the time to explain how the variations on rates work.

Really clean. People there are nice. Knowledgeable. If they turned it into a 24/7 accessible place I would go back. Good motorcycle unit. 6-10pm just isnt enough time sadly.

I can only speak for the location by Frankford and dallas north tollway, but the level of service this location provides is insane. honestly, i'm surprised I don't pay more for my unit to compensate for the over abundance of customer care alone.
Above and beyond from the time I Google searched storage facilities. I pay less than a hundred dollars for a unit that fits everything that I own and I have two children. I kid you not when I say that I secured this unit in the middle of the night in less than five minutes and was able to go to the property and get inside of my storage without having to talk to one person. All in the middle of that one night. My brand new lock was sitting pretty with a bow in my unit, which was immaculately clean btw. I didn't even know until I got a call from the guy who supervises this property that they walk the property twice a day and check every single unit and lock to make sure our stuff is secure. He told me that I had incorrectly locked my unit, and he was able to pull the door open. Like what?? Umm thanks!!

I love this location because of how wonderful and helpful Michael is. Not only is he very professional, he’s also friendly and accessible whenever we need help with a question. We have already convinced my parents to switch to this location/company and they are both pleased with the high-level of service. We will continue to refer others to this location, thanks to Michael.

I have been impressed with this Extra Space location for quite some time. I am a returning customer and both experiences have been beyond satisfactory. The staff (Rose, Michael, and Drew) have been incredibly helpful and always have a smile on their face. When I initially moved into my new unit on my second go around, I had a missed call with a voicemail from Rose requesting an urgent call back. I could hear the sincerity and amount of concern in her voice when she told me that my unit was missing a lock. She checked the unit, but she was unable to tell if anything had been taken or not. I eased her worries and told her I hadn’t put it on just yet as I had barely started moving despite having had the rental for nearly a week. Extra Space is hiring the perfect employees as their dedication and willingness to help is on full display.

I can’t say enough great things about this store. This is my second time leasing with them and initially I had a web rate issue where the price displayed was not the end price despite all pages showing it was supposed to be the amount I had anticipated it to be. I walked into the office and met Rose and she was a delight. She listened to my concerns and instead of brushing me off or giving me some type of scripted answer, she validated me and then swiftly jumped into action and gave me a solution. Her and I partnering together resulted in getting the price corrected. I’ve also had the pleasure to meet Drew and the new manager Michael. I am considering upgrading and Michael took the time out to show me the units I’m considering and provided all the necessary information I need. Thank you so much for all of your help!
