Until this morning when I was literally assaulted twice at another 711 by the 2 Employees, I would honestly tell you that this is the WORST 711 I've had the misfortune to patron. I've lived close for @13-14yrs and the only reason I go in here is to use the ATM. I hope no one else has as bad repeated experiences as I have had,Truth be told.srry

Again, employee is not able to help me with my Exxon points card. When I let him know that I wanted to add points to my Exxon card he quickly said “No No No, no working.”“You cannot do that.”And walked away.Seriously!!!So I asked, because your machine is down, I cannot purchase gas? He leaned over to the other cashier and that cashier said to me “ You want to explain what he just said?”Yes, please explain to me.“The Exxon service is down.”So I asked him since the Exxon service is down, I cannot purchase gas?Can I use my 7-11 app?Yes you can that.Ok, I want $100 gas on #4.His eyes ? opened up when I said that.Does it matter how much fuel I purchase?I still could not add points to my card. Very disappointed, again.Exxon , please get with your training team.7-11 you also need to do some better customer service training and the Other cron points machine.Or send these lazy idiots home, and for good.

It is the worst gas station I have ever loaded. I went inside and paid for gas, the guy didn't get half a receipt when I got to the pump, he hadn't put the gas in, I went back to complain and he didn't want to give me gas, the guy wanted to give me the money, as bio, it wasn't going, it was the way He gave me gas after 20 minutes beware of the rude staff I don't know how they can have that type of racist staff Asian us Latinos
