I'm sure once you get an actual tax professional to help you, they are OK. My problem was that I called twice on two separate occasions, to ask if they could help me with a relatively simple process to ammend my taxes and submit some additional documentation. I could never get anywhere because every time the lady that answers the phone basically spent 10 minutes "explaining" to me why what I wanted was wrong and why I had no idea what I was talking about and did not even get to give me an appointment or direct me to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. Found a CPA elsewhere who took care of my problem cheaply and quickly.

The previous day I had a bad experience at another tax office and when I found ez rapid tax I called them and explained my situation and they said there would be no problem they would be able to help me with my tax return, they schedule an appointment for later that day. They were very thorough ,very knowledgeable and they explained everything and even answered my questions I recommend them highly .
