Warning these people will not replace items if stolen or damaged and if they do it will not be of value for the items you paid for. My ps5 was stolen from them and they wanted to replace it with a used system and wamted me to pay for it. I just got my subs out and one of them was damaged and they went to a website and found it for cheap and wanted to give me that price as a replacement, smh

This is one of the worst pawn shops ive been to. I was mistreated by the manager named shelly or kelly both females working had horrible attitudes will never be coming bere again nor recommed anyone coming here. If i could give it zero starts i definetly would. Dont come here unless you want to be treated horribly for any question you ask.

Top notch friendly and extremely professional staff overall Ms NICOLE, especially. I dealt with Nicole in person and several times over the phone making payments from out of town. Over the phone or in person, she was friendly, helpful, caring, professional and just a pleasure to do business with. She is definitely a reason I will be back do do more business with there company. This is a very good pawn shop to trust with your merchandise when you are in need of extra cash. They have a very friendly staff who keeps the customers laughing and comfortable. I really enjoy doing business with them. Aaron and Rodney are the best employees and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
