  It's already 9:07 AM store should be open!!...this happens every morning even when the Hispanic lady was a manager she never showed up on time , this location needs to hire people who actually wants to work not lazy people who just wants to run the store and get paid JUST LAZY WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT , the new manager is a black lady who blast music each time she is their and is very rude and unprofessional HIRE GOOD PEOPLE !!! DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN WRITE A REPORT ON THIS LOCATION SO SOMEBODY CAN REALLY KEEP TRACK ON THESE PEOPLE PLEASE LET ME KNOW !?!!?

  Bought me a whopper chocolate candy carton and they were tasting bad like they kept them next to detergent chemicals.
  Went back next day on 12/09/24 with my receipt and told me they don't take open food items back unless it has a food expiration.left upset & left the carton.
  😂
  I've been a loyal customer buying monster drinks and snack at the store almost on daily basis...not anymore bye bye ...to all family dollars

  That white cashier lady in the morning is freaking rude. Ive been going on this store to get some stuff after gym. She has been frustrating and I just let it slide all the time but today it made me write a review because of her. So I have this disabled person infront of me on the line. I was trying to pay for his things but this rude lady doesnt even wanna acknowledge what Im trying to say. Management need to let her go. This is not only me as a customer. But ive seen some people getting frustrated with her aswell

  The cashier Jennifer is very Rude with customer that woman doesn't deserve that job she is so Nasty and rude....Laneisha is so nice and friendly with customer 5 stars to her!!!

  The cashier there 9/11/24 at 3:04p is extremely rude and lacks common courtesy. This is only my 2nd time in this location and she has been rude both times! Yesterday she checked out 2 separate customers, both appeared to be the same race as her, and I literally watched her greet them and hand them their receipts. I stood there patiently smiling and waiting my turn. When I walked up she said nothing. So I spoke. She didn’t acknowledge my greeting either. Okay cool. After handing me my change she told me “if you want the receipt you can get it” as the receipt printed and was still hanging from her cash register and stepped back from the register lol. Like really what is happening here Family Dollar?! This time I told her I do want my receipt and you need to hand it to me as you did my change. She stood there with a smug look and I again told her to provide my receipt from her register. She did but when I walked out she walked to the side saying something so I asked if she had something to say to me. She repeated I let people get their receipt or I throw it in the trash. With no care in the world that I just watched her give 2 customers their receipt. Do better!! I took into consideration how her day was (although she appeared fine with 2 people in front of me) that’s why I spoke when she didn’t and she still chose rudeness but you can’t think you will just be rude and anyone stand by and just accept it.

  Such kind people work here! The manager Lisa was remarkably helpful and I had such a wonderful positive conversation with LaNeisha at the register. They both absolutely brightened my day.
