Family Dollar is nice so far

I went to another Family Dollar location and purchase a top and shorts. I had not put them on. They were still in the bag the tags Priscilla attached and I did have my receipt gentleman at the register stated that we don’t do refunds here so I proceeded to ask the building and I came to the location off the corner of Ledbetter and Hampton. The store assistant manager was willing to assist me with getting a refund with the items that I had not worn or even take it out of the bag I gave her my receipt. She apologize for the inconvenience and processed my refund. And wish me a good evening I’m not sure what her name is, but I appreciate your help today! Thank you

I’m sure they knew this was coming. I saw 2 employees in at 8:13am and the store says it opens at 8. I got a coughing child and all they want to do is duck as if I didn’t know they were there. Freezing cold outside and I’m outside knocking away. Terrible!

The manager who worked yesterday evening, Racial profiled my husband and I, as soon as we walked in the store, She was the whole time following us around the aisles as if we were going to steal, I could not shop compfortable with our daughter,She has no customer service skills! An to let an associate know how she was being with us, She decided to be very rude an say out loud to the lady that was checking us out(not to check us out)! We did not do anything wrong, We pay like everyone else!!?or if it’s because we are Hispanics??!GET USED TO US BEING EVERYWHERE!!!!?

I was looking for a plastic spray bottle. Couldn’t find it, but the cashier led me to their location. On the down side the bottle had an inch long slice at the bottom of the bottle, which probably occurred when opening the shipping container with a box knife. I just put a piece of tape on on it….problem solved!

Door says store closing time is 8pm. 7:35pm and the lady had the door locked standing right in front of the door. I told her the closing time said 8pm showed her my phone where it showed the time she shrugged her shoulders and said “we are closed this is the time we close.” Like nothing. No customer service what’s so ever! Literally couple people drove off because they didn’t let them in. SMH!

This store seems to close nearly an hour early almost every time I go up there. I just witnessed a guy who walked to this store and was turned away because they locked the doors early.

The sign at the store says the store hours are from 8am-8pm. Yet they lock the doors at 730p.
