Ask for Estela, she is the best. Gives you exactly what you ask for, always makes sure you like it afterwards, always checks edges and makes sure it's all even, stellar hairdresser and the only one I'll go to. Low key devastated I'm moving and will have to find someone else D:

The reviewer below me made up the whole story, I was there when she came in and she just started insulting people as soon as she came in. She had an horrible attitude as soon as she came in and was up in arms about not being able to get an discount.
I can't believe people like her make reviews after not getting their way. Disgusting

First I want to say this place is a horrible place. Racially profiled as soon as we walked in. The lady told me and my daughter that we don’t do y’all kinda people hair which was an major insult then she say we don’t have those kinda tools to do y’all kinda of people hair we asked her to repeat that and she said it again. I never in my life experience nothing like this, but we went to another store that helps us out and told us that they do all kinds of hair. Bad bad experience. Even the lady at the front counter did. Not want to help us she immediately called for someone else to help us. Can anyone point in the direction of a good lawyer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They do not list the prices and at the end of the hair cut they will over charge you whatever they want. I said I didn't believe the price they were charging me and asked to see a price list and I was told they didn't have one. I asked to speak with the owner or manager and only got another associate telling me the ridiculously high price is what they were charging me for my trim.

Haven't gotten a haircut in the area so I decided to just play it safe and cheap with Fantastic Sam's since I have long hair and it's pretty hard to mess up. Went in and knew I should have walked right out. The woman there was older, had a bad dye job, and her hair was just thrown up like it hadn't been washed in a couple of days. She didn't even consult me on what I wanted, or look at what my hair was like dry, just immediately took me back to wash it.
When we got back I let her know that I ALWAYS part my hair in this one spot. That has always mattered with hair dressers in the past, but not her. I let her know that I like my hair long and that I wanted a maximum of 2 inches off with layers up to 3 inches above that. She keeps saying "Yep, yep, yep," through my explanation and it's hard to know if she is even paying attention. She parts my hair in the middle and then starts hacking. She comments during the cut in response to a make-money commercial that if it were that easy she wouldn't be cutting hair. I could tell she was really enthusiastic about what she does. :/
She finishes the cut without comparing to see if the sides were even or any touch ups, and then blow dries my hair. Not that I asked for that, you see, but I paid for it of course. She is not even done doing my hair when someone walks in she tells them to go to the washing station and that she'll be right with me. So now I better not need any changes because she has another woman waiting in the back. She takes the cape off without showing me the back of my hair or giving me a mirror and charges me $39.99.
When I arrived home and was able to inspect it, I discovered that about 4 inches were taken off with some layers as high as 6 inches above that. I thought I came in for a cheap mediocre haircut and instead got an expensive low grade cut. Usually I say you get what you pay for, but not in this instance. Will not be returning, would not recommend. They simply don't care about what they do.
