Appreciate the work done on my vehicle. Had to get a new engine. It was a reasonable price to get it replaced. The mechanics here were down to earth and immediately willing to help out.
Helped get my car off the U-haul trolley when it was stuck.
Gave me different pricing options.
Allowed me to pay with multiple cards in order to make the purchase.
Let me come back in to pick up my car on my own schedule.
Put in a new tire for free.
Replaced my alternator and made good on a mistake.
Didn’t give up on my vehicle.
Had my vehicle ready a week and couple days later.
Told me where I could find other services needed for my vehicle.
Generally a positive experience.
Plus, I get my next oil change for free.
They want to keep your business and are doing the right things to try to make that happen.

I have a 2012 mercedes E350 I placed my vehicle in their care, my temperature light was coming on from time to time but it was always yellow, they put a thermostat and water pump on my car before I got home it ran hot the red light was on this time, I made it home the next day they had it towed when I went to pick my car up a few days later they told me I needed a reservoir, I drove my car home and immediately I took my reservoir cap off please don't do this, but just as I suspected water went everywhere they filled my coolant system up with water my warranty also was paying for the coolant, but I filled my car up with coolant myself, no I didn't buy a reservoir like that wanted, don't use these guys especially ladies, they didn't know I've worked in dealerships most of my adulthood.

I dealt with Oscar since he opened. Always attentive to all service they provided on your vehicle. They were called on a road side assistance call(flat tire). His employee broke the spare tire holder in my Lincoln.
I spoke to Oscar and he said would replace it. He was out for surgery, when I checked back the part was missing. He ordered a new part to arrive end of April. I went back, man (new owner) said he would check with Oscar and call me.
I have been back 3 times no luck, same response from 2 people. They will call me back.
I would not trust new owners to stand behind their work or calling you back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Excellent Service!
I can’t say enough great things about Fast Auto! I came in with a busted AC, and they had me back on the road quickly. They replaced both my compressor and condenser, and the whole job was done in just a day and a half!
Not only was the turnaround time impressive, but the quality of the work was top-notch. My AC is now blowing colder than ever, and I’m beyond excited. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
If you need reliable, professional auto repair done right the first time, I highly recommend Fast Auto. They definitely earned my trust and future business!

DO NOT GO HERE – SCAMMERS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
I had a terrible experience with Fast Auto. The service is absolutely unprofessional, dishonest, and frustrating from start to finish. They continuously change prices and overcharge without explanation. First, they told me the diagnostic fee was $140. Then it became $160. After that, they said it would be free—only to tack on hidden fees later. It’s all a scam to get more money out of you.
They’re not punctual, they don’t communicate clearly, and they constantly go back on their word. When I tried to get my car towed elsewhere, they made things even more difficult and still tried to charge more fees. Nothing about this place is trustworthy.
Do not waste your time or money here. They are scammers and will take advantage of you. Go literally anywhere else.

Could not recommend Fast Auto enough for any of your vehicle needs. Whether it be simple diagnostics, body work, or full-on repairs they are incredible to work with, reliable, and made dealing with (or without) insurance simple and clear. Carlos and his team are amazing and I will certainly be back for future repairs.

Scamming!! I went today to get my oil changed and front wheel alignment. Got charged $100 for the alignment, as soon as i left the place the car had no improvement I took it to the mechanic who stated the entire suspension was bad and thw tire worned out so they could have not done it, so why did the charged me for something they could not have repaired. Straight up stealing people's money

This shop lives up to its name, I went for a blown a/c motor i dropped it off Monday night before they closed and it was ready the next day. Good group of guys. I will be going to them from now on. They also do high end cars as well.
