Horrible , Horrible, customer service. I will not ever use this Fed ex location again. I went in on Sunday around 11 am. We had a very special event planned and that day and realized that the menu's we had printed were not correct. I went in on Sunday around 11 am. Sam was at the counter and there was one customer ahead of me with several boxes to be shipped. When it was my turn, I asked if he could print 40 copies on card stock while we waited. He told me that he could not do it right at that moment. I said fine I'd be happy to pay a rush fee and what's the soonest it could be done. He responded I can have it ready by 3 pm. It was 11 am so that was going to be 4 hours later. I figured I would run other errands I had and pick it back up on the way to the event at 3 pm. At 3pm I called the Fed ex office to make sure it was ready as I was on my way there to pick my order up. Sam answered the phone and told me that it was not ready, he hadn't started it. I asked him why he told me it would be ready at 3 pm if it wouldn't be. He said I know what I told you be it's not ready and I have plenty of other customers than just you. He then said your order won't be done till 6 pm and hung up on me. I called back later to ask his name and he hung up on me once again. I would have taken my order elsewhere if I would have known he wasn't going to complete my order as promised. Unfortunately I will never do business at this Fed ex office again. I can not trust that they will complete a task that the promised to complete. Shame on you Sam, for your horrible customer service and rude attitude.

Two-day shipping was paid for at the Fedex store, but turns out there is no refund if the package does not arrive within that time frame. Four days later the package with an important document in it has still not been delivered and national Fedex customer service has provided bad information that it would be delivered and it hasn't happened. Fedex Customer Service is also refusing to let me file a claim for a package not received and is not notifying the facility where it is located to expedite the shipping or refund the shipment. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was disconnected. Fedex's commitments and processes demonstrate a lack of concern for the customer and the value of the packages being shipped by them. I will choose UPS moving forward since I have not experienced any issues with their handling of my packages.

I have no talent for producing materials for distribution. Denise helped design a fabulous project and really turned my ideas into something so much more - useful, complete, mobil, and visually appealing. Every detail attended to and the staff at this location is professional beyond belief. If you have a project, they have a solution!
