My package has been sitting at this facility since 7:38AM 12/18/24. I can drive there in 45 minutes, there is ZERO reason it should just be sitting there for 6 days. Calling FedEx is like trying to herd cats and will make you want to unalive yourself. Literally the absolute worst shipping/delivery experience I have ever had.

Horrible service - don't waste your time or money - not worth it - it took 4 days to get thru the Dallas / Ft Worth area. 10 days from Indianapolis, Indiana to Texas - still waiting. Would never use again. I do not recommend. Gary

Had a load to pick up @ 8am, waited all day then finally at 4:30 load was canceled. Parking on side street. If they tell you ur load not ready. Go see movies, workout, etc. Make use of your time.

My package has been sitting at the FedEx Smartpost in Dallas for almost 2 weeks. I got the same bullshit that the other customer who reviewed them. It was ground economy, at the point they consider it lost, so call the shipper and tell them it is lost. My order had 3 vintage purses so how are they supposed to ship me 3 more? I am soooooo mad. I will never use FedEx again.

My package hasn't moved from this facility since 11/8. It was shipped on 11/4. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday 11/11. On 11/13 I called the 1800 and some to a fedex employee of a call center she said its expected to arrive today by end of day... however, it's delayed and she couldn't help me due to it being "fedex economy ground". I checked today and still no movement except for now it shows a "unknown date for delivery" All packages should be scanned at every drop. This is so frustrating. I'll be using USPS going forward. This is ridiculous that nobody can scan in packages.
