This was so easy. I did have my package already boxed, taped & addressed. I just showed my ID & paid. Very quick & easy.
Of course, they have everything you need including boxes, tape, bubble wrap and even greeting cards.
For a price, they can do the packing for you. 😉

They never deliver as promised. I have never had a good experience with them. Walmart does a better job.

I have had several problem with FedEx delivery. I live in an apartment complex. The buildings all have different addresses. The FedEx drivers often leave our packages at other building and other apartments in our complex and then send a text that it was left at our front door. Last night I received a text that my delivery was left at my front door. There was no delivery to my front door or my building. The package contained medication that needed to be kept cool. Fortunately, this. Or Ning a tenant at that building noticed the package at the front door of a vacant apartment and reported it to security. The package had ice packs that were still cool. I now have the medicine in my refrigerator

The FedEx driver called to say that he couldn't find my address and left the package at a different address (not mine but it "was close"). I actually got in my car to go get it from the address he said he left it at and it was not there. I filed a claim but it was denied because it was delivered according to the terms of service. Did they miss the detail of "delivered to the wrong address"?
