Were of no use. I was trying to return AT&T equipment but they said they had no access to AT&T account and could t give me a y helpful advice.

Twice I have dropped off packages here for fed ex pickup. Twice they have been left in the back office for a week without being picked up by fedex. I even called, and had two employees say the packages were not there. I personally went in and had an employee find them in the back office.

It is very bad that the customer wait for 20 minutes and no body show up to assist you they are like that an no lables too
