I needed to mail a package immediately on a weeknight and it was 5:00 P.M. I didn’t have much hope. However, I was shocked when I found this FedEx Center that was open and accepts overnight packages until 8:30 P.M. The lady at the counter was quick and efficient and was the only one working. She got everyone in and out super quick. I was truly pleasantly surprised. USPS could never match the service or speed.

in occasions without option I have visited this location to buy personal care items and the experience really is not to recommend I had a bad taste with the same person in fact she identified herself as the shift manager did not want to give her name and behaved very rude and rasiste talking with a lot of courage and courage I can believe that she really was spiritually ill without love to the nexttotally negative and acting contrary to your training as a managernothing cordialnothing frendlynothing nicenothing helpingnothing to invite back againOn one occasion I visit this place and get 2 makeup items to try to use a coupon for each item in total 2 items and two couponsto what the weekly listeso I decided to take advantage of the offerbut at the time of paying the lady herself went and removed the coupon that was already applied so that she only used one and I paid more than what the offer says her performance was very rough and in a very inprofecional wayand now for the second time I went to pick up a fedex package that I put to pick up there. Well, the person who was at that time was very kind and did not say a word to me, he only did his job, so I felt happy and put one more time my new package to pick it up again thereHowever, the last person helped me the last time that had given me bad service in the past and I stressed that she would have a hard time, so I said nothing, just try to behave as kindly as she looks at me I try to do the samewith rasism I mention totally different things to the previous person and his smile was too far from being reflected as it normally should bea good serviceshe really tried to presume that she was the manager and that everything was as she said so I mentioned that I could complain about her act and mentioned not caringShe and the cashier refused to give her name.I really wouldn't like to have that kind of service in the communityI hope one day God touch your heart
